Claims (5)
- 使用者の体内に埋め込まれる検出手段(12)によって持続的に血糖値を計測するアナライトモニタシステム(10)において、
前記検出手段(12)は、サンプリング間隔に基づき血糖値を検出し、
食事内容毎の炭水化物の量を示すカーボ値を設定する食事データ設定手段(48)と、
前記食事データ設定手段(48)が設定した前記カーボ値を用いて、前記検出手段(12)の前記サンプリング間隔を設定するサンプリング間隔設定手段(50)と、
複数種類のサンプリング間隔を組み合わせた複数のパターンデータを記憶可能なサンプリングパターン記憶手段(58)と、を備え、
前記サンプリング間隔設定手段(50)は、一回の食事における前記カーボ値の合計値を算出し、前記合計値に基づき前記複数のパターンデータから1つを選択する
ことを特徴とするアナライトモニタシステム(10)。 - 請求項1記載のアナライトモニタシステム(10)において、
食事時間情報を設定する食事時間設定手段(46)をさらに備え、
前記サンプリング間隔設定手段(50)は、前記食事時間設定手段(46)が設定した食事時間情報に基づき、前記検出手段(12)の前記サンプリング間隔を変更する
ことを特徴とするアナライトモニタシステム(10)。 - 請求項1記載のアナライトモニタシステム(10)において、
前記食事内容毎の前記カーボ値をデータベース(60)として保存するデータベース記憶手段(58)と、
前記カーボ値が関連付けられた食事内容を表示する表示手段(36)と、を備える
ことを特徴とするアナライトモニタシステム(10)。 - 請求項3記載のアナライトモニタシステム(10)において、
前記食事データ設定手段(48)は、前記表示手段(36)が表示した食事内容が選択されることで、該選択された食事内容の前記カーボ値を設定する
ことを特徴とするアナライトモニタシステム(10)。 - 請求項1記載のアナライトモニタシステム(10)において、
前記複数のパターンデータは、前記カーボ値に基づき食後に血糖値が最も上昇すると予測されるピーク値付近に応じて、前記複数種類のサンプリング間隔の実施期間がそれぞれ設定されている
ことを特徴とするアナライトモニタシステム(10)。
