Claims (1)
- 複数個のバッテリーセルからなるバッテリーと、前記バッテリーの充・放電を統制するパワーリレイアセンブリーと、前記バッテリーセルと電圧センシングワイヤーを媒介として連結設置されバッテリーSOCを予測するバッテリー管理システム(BMS)を含んでなるバッテリーシステムにおいて、
前記バッテリーとパワーリレイアセンブリーを内部に収容して外部からの衝撃及び振動から保護すると同時に、前記バッテリーから発生する電流による電磁波から前記バッテリー管理システムを遮蔽するケースをさらに設置し、
前記ケースの外部一側に前記バッテリー管理システムを安着固定させる矩形の凹部を有するBMS安着溝が形成され、
前記BMS安着溝に前記バッテリー管理システムを配置し、前記バッテリー管理システムと前記バッテリーとは、前記ケースの部材によって前記ケース内のバッテリーからの電磁波の影響を受けないよう互いに遮蔽された異なる空間に位置するようにし、
該BMS安着溝は、前記バッテリー管理システムが安着された場合にそのバッテリー管理システムが前記ケースの表面から突出しないように形成され、
前記BMS安着溝には、前記電圧センシングワイヤーが貫通するワイヤホールが形成され、
前記ワイヤホールは、前記バッテリーの配置に対して垂直をなす前記BMS安着溝の側面に形成されることを特徴とするバッテリー管理システム用電磁波遮断のためのバッテリーシステム。
