Description
排出するための、供給口を備えている。それに加えて、またはそれに代わって、後方プレートが供給および/または排出にかかわっていてもよい。ある例において、供給または搬入は、前方プレートに設けられた1つまたは複数の開口部を介して行われてもよく、排出または搬出は後方プレートに設けられた1つまたは複数の開口部を介して行われてもよい。
図1は、フリーズドライ乾燥機の例100の概略的な断面図であり、該フリーズドライ乾燥機100は、1つの回転支持具106によって支持された回転ドラム102を、ハウジングチャンバ104の中に備える。ハウジングチャンバ104は真空チャンバとして実現されており、開口部108を介してコンデンサと真空ポンプ110とに接続されている。フリーズドライ乾燥機100は粒子、例えば微粒子、好ましくはマイクロペレットを閉鎖条件、すなわち滅菌および/または封じ込め条件、においてフリーズドライ加工を行うように構成されている。
図2〜4に示された加熱装置124を再度参照すると、屋根214は、分離器204を上部から被覆することを目的としている。このようにすると、ドラム処理体積部126(図1参照)を上方から下方へと移動する粒子を、ガラス管302から離れる方向へと方向転換させることが可能である。屋根214を設けることによって、分離器204に関する冷却要件が、より正確に言えば、ガラス管302のドラム処理体積部に対向する面に許容される最高温度に関する要件が、緩和されてもよい。
本願は、欧州特許出願EP11008108.0−1266の優先権を主張しており、その内容を網羅するべく、該欧州特許出願の請求項の内容を以下に挙げる。
−該粒子に放射熱を当てる放射エミッタと、
−該エミッタから該粒子を分離する分離器と、を備え、該分離器は、エミッタを取囲むエミッタ体積部を形成し、該分離器はエミッタ体積部を該ドラムの中のドラム処理体積部から分離するよう構成されている、装置。
3.前記エミッタ体積部は、密閉されて前記ドラム処理体積部から分離され、該密閉による分離は、前記ドラム処理体積部における真空条件および超過圧力条件の少なくとも一方のために行われている、項目1または2に記載の加熱装置。
5.前記装置は更に、少なくとも加熱装置の前記ドラム処理体積部に対向する面を冷却するための、冷却機構を備える、前述の項目のいずれかに記載の加熱装置。
7.前記冷却体積はエミッタ体積部を含む、項目6に記載の加熱装置。
9.前記分離器は、2本以上の支管を有する管を備え、該支管は少なくとも部分的に当該管の長さに沿って平行に延出している、前述の項目のいずれかに記載の加熱装置。
11.前記装置は更に、前記被覆手段の少なくとも上面を冷却するための冷却機構を備える、項目10に記載の加熱装置。
Claims (4)
- フリーズドライ乾燥機により、凍結乾燥された粒子を生成する方法であって、前記フリーズドライ乾燥機は、
該フリーズドライ乾燥機内でフリーズドライ加工される粒子を加熱する加熱装置を有する回転ドラムであって、前記加熱装置が粒子に放射熱を当てる少なくとも1つの放射エミッタを有する、回転ドラムと、
前記少なくとも1つのエミッタから前記粒子を分離する管状の分離器であって、一端において一体的に閉じられ、前記少なくとも1つのエミッタを取囲むエミッタ体積部を、前記ドラムの中のドラム処理体積部から分離する分離器と
を備え、前記加熱装置が、前記分離器の前記一体的に閉じた端部がドラムの中に自由端として配置されるように、前記ドラム処理体積部の中へと突出するように構成され、前記分離器の他端が、前記分離器の管の中に画定された前記エミッタ体積部を前記ドラム処理体積部に対して密閉するフランジによって閉じられている、前記方法において、
フリーズドライ加工される粒子の流れを前記ドラム処理体積部に案内するステップと、
前記ドラム処理体積部内部に真空条件を適用するステップと、
前記加熱装置により、前記ドラム処理体積部内部のフリーズドライ加工される粒子を加熱するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記凍結乾燥された粒子が、無菌の、均一調整された粒子として生成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記凍結乾燥された粒子がバルク品として生成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記凍結乾燥された粒子は、モノクローナル抗体、タンパク質ベースの医薬品有効成分、DNAベースの医薬品有効成分、細胞/組織物質、人間および動物のワクチンおよび療薬、低い溶解性または低いバイオアベイラビリティーを有する医薬品有効成分等の経口の固形剤型のための医薬品有効成分、経口分散性錠剤やスティック充填適応型のような速分散性を有する経口の固形剤型、および精製化学製品および食品業界における製品を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
