Description
A)芳香族ジ−および/またはポリイソシアネートおよびこれらのポリマー同族体およびそれらのブレンドからなる群からの1以上のジ−および/またはポリイソシアネート、
B)30〜1000mgKOH/gの平均OH価を有し、および1.9〜2.5の平均官能価を有する1以上のポリオールから構成されるポリオール成分、
C)1以上のジアンヒドロヘキシトール、
D)50℃〜100℃の温度において触媒活性である1以上の潜在性触媒、
E)任意にポリエポキシド以外の助剤および/または添加剤
から構成される反応混合物から得られ、ここで、40℃における反応混合物の初期粘度は、30〜500mPas(DIN EN ISO 53019に従って測定)、好ましくは70〜250mPas、特に好ましくは70〜150mPasであり、および成分B)におけるOH基の数に対する成分A)におけるNCO基の数の比率は、1.35:1〜10:1、特に好ましくは1.4:1〜5.0:1である。
i)成分B)〜E)を40〜80℃、好ましくは50〜70℃の温度において混合してポリオール処方物Xを製造し、
ii)工程i)からのポリオール処方物Xを、10〜80℃の温度において成分A)と混合して反応性混合物を製造し、
iii)ii)からの反応性混合物を、シート状繊維層へ適用してある程度硬化する
ことを特徴とする本発明のプリプレグの製造方法を提供する。
本発明において製造される1以上のプリプレグを110〜140℃において、1〜100バール、好ましくは1〜50バール、特に好ましくは1〜10バールの圧力において、または真空で1〜4分内、好ましくは1〜3分内に完全に硬化する
ことを特徴とする本発明の繊維複合材料部材の製造方法を提供する。
イソソルビド、1,4:3,6−ジアンヒドロ−D−グルシトール:
成分A):Desmodur(登録商標)VP.PU 60RE11(Bayer MaterialScience AGからのポリイソシアネート;ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネートおよびポリフェニレンポリメチレンポリイソシアネートの混合物;NCO含有量32.6重量%;25℃における粘度:20mPas)
DSC:Texas InstrumentsからのDSC Q 20 V24.8 Build 120
21.3gの成分C)を、42.5gの成分B)、1.5gのToyocat(登録商標)DB40、および0.66gの成分E)と70℃において混合した。次いで137.5gのDesmodur(登録商標)VP.PU 60RE11を、室温にて添加し、高速ミキサーにより均質化した。その後、この混合物の薄膜をガラス繊維織物へ適用し、表面上に分配した。プリプレグのNCO価は、24時間後14.8%であった。次いでプリプレグを、130℃および5バールにてプレスし、繊維複合材料部材を与えた。
10.4gの成分C)を、20.9gの成分B)、0.75gのToyocat(登録商標)DB40、0.33gの成分E)および106.8gのEurepox(登録商標)710(平均モル質量≦700g/mol;183〜189g/当量のエポキシ当量;25℃における粘度:10000〜12000mPasを有するビスフェノールAエピクロロヒドリン樹脂)と70℃において混合した。次いで67.6gのDesmodur(登録商標)VP.PU 60RE11を、室温にて添加し、高速ミキサーにより均質化した。混合直後、粘度は約5000mPasに増加し、したがって、ガラス繊維織物へこの混合物の薄膜を適用することができなかった。マトリクスのNCO価は、60分後に4.9%であった。
Claims (7)
- 完全に硬化しておらず、8重量%〜16重量%のNCO価を有し、および40℃未満のTg値(DIN EN ISO 53765−A−20に従って測定)を有するポリウレタン(マトリクス材料)で飽和されたシート状繊維層を含み、前記ポリウレタンは、
A)芳香族ジ−および/またはポリイソシアネート、そのポリマー同族体、およびこれらのブレンドからなる群からの1以上のジ−および/またはポリイソシアネート、
B)30〜1000mgKOH/gの平均OH価(DIN EN ISO 53240に従って測定)を有し、および1.9〜2.5の平均官能価を有する1以上のポリオールから構成されるポリオール成分、
C)1以上のジアンヒドロへキシトール、
D)1以上の50℃〜100℃の温度において触媒的活性である潜在性触媒、
E)任意にポリエポキシド以外の助剤および/または添加剤
から構成される反応混合物から得られ、該反応混合物の40℃における初期粘度は、30〜500mPas(DIN EN ISO 53019に従って測定)であり、および成分B)におけるOH基の数に対する成分A)におけるNCO基の数の比率は、1.35:1〜10:1であるプリプレグ。 - 成分C)の存在する量は、成分A)〜E)を基準に5〜15重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプリプレグ。
- 繊維層は、ガラス、炭素、合成高分子、金属繊維、天然繊維または鉱物繊維材料、例えば玄武岩繊維またはセラミックファイバーなどからできた繊維材料、またはこれらの混合物から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のプリプレグ。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の少なくとも1つのプリプレグを含み、該プリプレグは完全に硬化しているシート状繊維複合材料部材。
- i)成分B)〜E)を40℃〜80℃、好ましくは50℃〜70℃の温度において混合してポリオール処方物Xを製造し、
ii)工程i)からのポリオール処方物Xを、10℃〜80℃の温度において成分A)と混合して反応性混合物を製造し、
iii)ii)からの反応性混合物を、シート状繊維層へ適用してある程度硬化する
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のプリプレグの製造方法。 - 請求項5に記載の方法により製造された1以上のプリプレグを、110℃〜140℃においておよび1〜100バールの圧力においてまたは真空中で1〜4分内に完全に硬化することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の繊維複合材料部材の製造方法。
- 自動車の車体製造部材の製造のための、または航空機製造における、建物あるいは道路の建設用部材(例えばマンホールカバー)における、風力タービンの回転翼および高負荷にさらされる構造物の製造のための、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のプリプレグまたは請求項4に記載のシート状複合材料部材の使用。
