Description
Claims (9)
- スキャニング光学システム(10)であって、
極短パルス持続期間のパルス光のビーム(38)を提供する光源(22)と、
スキャン角度を通して前記ビームを偏向するための偏向器と、
前記偏向されたビームを集束するための集束対物レンズ(30)を含むレンズシステムと、
前記レンズシステムによって前記ビームのパルスの分散に関連した歪みを低減するための分散補償デバイス(25)であって、可変形状の分散性ミラー(42)及び前記ミラーのためのアクチュエータデバイス(44)を含む、分散補償デバイスと、
前記スキャン角度に従って、前記ミラーの形状を変更するように前記アクチュエータデバイスを制御するためのコントローラ(18)と、を備える、スキャニング光学システム(10)。 - 前記可変形状の分散性ミラー(42)が、前記ミラーの反射面上の位置とともに変動する分散特性を提供する多層構造を有する、請求項1に記載の光学システム。
- 前記多層構造が、前記反射面にわたって、不均一な群遅延、不均一な群遅延分散、及び不均一な三次分散のうちの少なくとも1つをもたらすように構成される、請求項2に記載の光学システム。
- 前記分散補償デバイス(25)が、前記レンズシステムによってもたらされる群遅延及び群遅延分散のうちの少なくとも1つのバルクを補償するために空間的に均一な分散特性を有するバルク補償器(46)を更に含む、請求項2または3に記載の光学システム。
- 前記光源(22)が、レーザー源であり、前記パルス光が、人間の眼の組織内に切開部を生成するのに好適な中心波長を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の光学システム。
- スキャニング光学システム(10)であって、
極短パルス持続期間のパルス光のビーム(38)を提供する光源(22)と、
スキャン角度を通して前記ビームを偏向するための偏向器と、
前記偏向されたビームを集束するための集束対物レンズ(30)を含むレンズシステムと、
可変形状ミラー(42)と、
前記ミラーのためのアクチュエータデバイス(44)と、
前記スキャン角度に従って、前記ミラーの形状を変更するように前記アクチュエータデバイスを制御するためのコントローラ(18)と、を備える、スキャニング光学システム(10)。 - 前記可変形状ミラーが非分散性である、請求項6に記載のスキャニング光学システム。
- 前記レンズシステムによって前記ビームのパルスの分散に関連した歪みを低減するための分散補償デバイスを含む、請求項7に記載のスキャニング光学システム。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のスキャニング光学システムであって、
前記コントローラによって命令されるような前記ミラーの前記形状の変更が、前記光学システムの群遅延の空間分布の変化量を調整するように設計され、その変化量は、異なるスキャン角度に付随する、スキャニング光学システム。
