Description
水中での炭酸ナトリウムの溶解性およびそれに起因する均質性の問題に基づき、チタン酸ビスマスナトリウムの製造の際に際して、溶剤としてエタノールが利用される。これは、爆発性の物質を用いた作業についての義務並びに環境面での義務を守らなければならないことにつながり、そのことは煩雑な方法および高価な装置という結果となる。無鉛系の使用によって達成される長所の一部は、この追加的な義務によって再度帳消しになる。
Claims (5)
- 圧電セラミック無鉛材料であるチタン酸ビスマスナトリウムの製造方法であって、ナトリウムおよびビスマス源としてビスマス酸ナトリウム(NaBiO3)を使用することを特徴とする方法。
- 前記圧電セラミック材料を水系中で混合し且つ粉砕することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 酸素空孔の割合が最小化されていることを特徴とする、チタン酸ビスマスナトリウム製の圧電セラミック無鉛材料を製造するための、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 鉛の割合が0.1質量%未満であることを特徴とする、チタン酸ビスマスナトリウム製の圧電セラミック無鉛材料を製造するための、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記圧電セラミック無鉛材料が、センサ技術、並びに、アクチュエータ技術の分野において用いられるものであることを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の方法。
