Claims (7)
- 海面に対して実質的に垂直に延在するフェンダーチューブ(2,3)と梯子(4)とを有し、梯子(4)が、フェンダーチューブ(2,3)よりも杭の近くに配置されている、沖合設備の杭用のボート接岸装置において、
フェンダーチューブ(2,3)が、耐海水性を有しないスチールから成るインナチューブ(10)と耐海水性を有する金属合金から成るアウタチューブ(9)とを備え、フェンダーチューブ(2,3)のアウタチューブ(9)とインナチューブ(10)が、摩擦係合式に互いに結合されていること、を特徴とするボート接岸装置。 - フェンダーチューブ(2,3)が、支持チューブ(6)を介して横向きに杭と連結可能であり、支持チューブ(6)が、耐海水性を有しないスチールから成るインナチューブと耐海水性を有する金属合金から成るアウタチューブとを備えること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載のボート接岸装置。
- 梯子(4)及び梯子(4)をフェンダーチューブ(2,3)と結合するステー(5)が、耐海水性を有する金属合金だけから成ること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のボート接岸装置。
- 梯子(4)及び梯子(4)をフェンダーチューブ(2,3)と結合するステー(5)が、中実材料として、耐海水性を有する金属合金だけから成るか、中空材料として、耐海水性を有しないスチールから成るインナチューブ(12)と耐海水性を有する金属合金から成るアウタチューブ(11)を備えること、を特徴とする請求項3に記載のボート接岸装置。
- フェンダーチューブ(2,3)のアウタチューブ(9)が、シームレスの引抜き管であること、を特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のボート接岸装置。
- アウタチューブ(9)の肉厚が、1〜10mmの範囲内にあること、を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のボート接岸装置。
- 耐海水性を有する金属合金が、銅ベース合金である、70〜90重量%の銅と残りがニッケルと溶融に起因する不純物の銅−ニッケル−合金、ニッケルベース合金であるアロイ400、アロイ825、高合金化された耐海水性を有する特殊鋼であるデュープレックススチール、スーパーデュープレックススチールの合金のグループから選択されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のボート接岸装置。
