Description
Claims (15)
- 流体レギュレータと共に用いられる弁アセンブリであって、
流体流通路の低圧力側と前記流体流通路の高圧力側とを画定するように、前記流体レギュレータの前記流体流通路内に配置されたハウジングであって、前記ハウジングは穴部を有し、前記穴部は、前記流体レギュレータに接続されたときに前記流体流通路を少なくとも部分的に画定し、前記ハウジングは、可動弁アセンブリおよび雄ねじを有し、前記可動弁アセンブリは、前記流体流通路の低圧力側と流体連通する非ねじ止め接続を介して前記穴部内に配置され、前記雄ねじは、前記ハウジングを前記流体レギュレータの開口部へねじ止めする、ハウジングと、
前記流体流通路の高圧力側と前記流体流通路の低圧力側との間に不純物が流動する事態を回避するためのシールシステムと、
前記流体レギュレータの開口部によって画定された入口チャンバ内に不純物を捕捉するためのフィルタと、を含み、
前記フィルタは前記可動弁アセンブリの一部を囲む円周部と、前記穴部の内部に前記可動弁アセンブリを保持する閉じられた端部とを有する、弁アセンブリ。 - 前記可動弁アセンブリは、前記流体流通路の前記低圧力側と高圧力側との間の流体流れを制御し、前記可動弁アセンブリは、前記ハウジングの穴部内に配置された弁座と、ポペット弁と、付勢要素とを含む、請求項1に記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記シールシステムは、シールを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記シールは、不純物が前記感知チャンバを介して前記流体流通路を流れないように、前記雄ねじと前記流体レギュレータの感知チャンバとの間の前記ハウジングの外側部に隣接して配置される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記フィルタは、前記ハウジングへ接続され、前記入口と前記穴部との間の前記流体流通路の高圧力側内に配置され、これにより、前記シールおよび前記フィルタが前記フィルタの上流において不純物を捕獲して、前記フィルタの下流のプロセス流体の汚染を回避する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記フィルタは、前記ポペット弁を実質的に包囲する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記シールは、前記雄ねじの端部に隣接して配置されたOリングを含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 前記シールシステムは、前記雄ねじの端部に隣接して配置された第1のOリングと、前記雄ねじの別の端部に隣接して配置された第2のOリングとを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の弁アセンブリ。
- 流体レギュレータであって、
ねじ止め開口部を有する弁本体であって、前記ねじ止め開口部は、入口と出口との間に流体流通路を少なくとも部分的に画定する、弁本体と、
ハウジングを有する弁カートリッジであって、前記ハウジングは雄ねじを含み、前記雄ねじにより、前記弁カートリッジが前記弁本体の前記ねじ止め開口部へと取り外し可能に接続され、前記弁カートリッジは、前記ハウジングへ接続されたフィルタを有し、前記ハウジングは、フロー制御アセンブリを受容する穴部を有し、前記フィルタは前記流体制御アセンブリの一部を囲む円周部と、前記穴部の内部に前記流体制御アセンブリを保持する閉じられた端部とを有し、前記フロー制御アセンブリは、前記フィルタの下流の非ねじ止め接続を介して前記ハウジングへと接続される、弁カートリッジと、
前記弁カートリッジのハウジングへ接続されたシールであって、前記シールは、前記弁カートリッジの雄ねじと、前記流体レギュレータの感知チャンバとの間に配置されて、前記フィルタの下流のプロセス流体の不純物による汚染を回避し、前記シールおよび前記フィルタは、不純物を前記フィルタの上流の前記流体レギュレータの開口部内に隔離する、シールと、
を含む、流体レギュレータ。 - 前記弁カートリッジは、円筒型本体部およびフランジ部を含む、請求項9に記載の流体レギュレータ。
- 前記フロー制御アセンブリは、弁座、ポペット弁および付勢要素を含む、請求項9又は10に記載の流体レギュレータ。
- 前記弁カートリッジの雄ねじと前記流体レギュレータの入口チャンバとの間に配置された第2のシールをさらに含む、請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の流体レギュレータ。
- 前記フィルタおよび前記シールは、前記シール、前記フィルタおよび前記弁本体の前記開口部の内面間の前記入口と流体連通する入口チャンバ内に不純物を保持する、請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載の流体レギュレータ。
- 流体レギュレータと共に用いられる弁アセンブリであって、
雄ねじおよび穴部を有する円筒型本体であって、前記雄ねじは、前記弁アセンブリを流体レギュレータへと取り外し可能に接続し、前記穴部は、前記本体の第1の端部と第2の端部との間に設けられて、前記流体レギュレータの流体流通路を少なくとも部分的に画定する、円筒型本体と、
前記弁座が前記本体の肩部と係合するように前記穴部内に配置された弁座と、
前記穴部内に配置されたポペット弁であって、前記ポペット弁は、付勢要素を介して前記弁座に向かって付勢される、ポペット弁と、
前記弁座、前記ポペット弁および前記付勢要素を前記穴部内に保持するように前記本体の前記第1の端部に接続され、前記ポペット弁の一部を囲む円周部(i)と、閉じられた端部(ii)とを有するフィルタと、
不純物が前記流体レギュレータの感知チャンバを介して前記流体流通路に流入する事態を回避するように、前記本体の雄ねじと前記流体レギュレータの感知チャンバとの間に配置されたシールと、
を含む、弁アセンブリ。 - 前記シールは、前記雄ねじの端部に隣接して配置された第1のOリングと、前記雄ねじの別の端部に隣接して配置された第2のOリングとを含む、請求項14に記載の弁アセンブリ。
