Description
第2発明の飼料用添加物の原料の生産方法は、たんぱく質を40wt%以上含む有機性排水を、第1生物処理槽に導入して細菌により好気性生物処理して分散性細菌を含む第1生物処理液を得る第1生物処理工程と、第1生物処理液を第2生物処理槽に導入して活性汚泥処理して第2生物処理液を得る第2生物処理工程と、第2生物処理液を分離汚泥と分離水とに固液分離する固液分離工程と、第2生物処理槽の槽内汚泥の一部及び/又は該分離汚泥の少なくとも一部を取り出して飼料用添加物の原料として得る汚泥分離工程とを有するものである。
図1のフローに従って下記条件で微小動物を培養し、後生動物含有汚泥を収穫した。なお、第1の濾過材4aの目合いは1000μm、第2の濾過材4bの目合いは20μmである。第1の濾過材4a不通過の汚泥と第2の濾過材4b通過液との全量を第2の好気性反応槽2に返送した。

遊離グルタミン酸:0.93wt%
(合計2.66wt%)であるから、アミノ酸が多いことが認められた。
飼料として上記養魚用配合飼料のみを用い、実施例1と同様にしてタイ稚魚20匹を6週間飼育して平均体重を測定したところ、50.7gであった。この結果より、アミノ酸を多く含む実施例1の飼料用添加物は嗜好性を向上させる効果があることが示された。
実施例1において原水水質を下記条件に変えて培養した。
原水:たんぱく質20wt%、糖質10wt%、粗脂肪5wt%を含む飼料製造工程排水
遊離アラニン:0.01wt%、
遊離グリシン:0.04wt%、
遊離プロリン:検出されず
遊離グルタミン酸:0.07wt%
(合計0.12wt%)であり、実施例1に比べてアミノ酸量が著しく少なく、さらに比較例1で用いた市販飼料と比較してもアミノ酸量は少なかった。

- たんぱく質を40wt%以上含む有機性排水を、第1生物処理槽に導入して細菌により好気性生物処理して分散性細菌を含む第1生物処理液を得る第1生物処理工程と、
第1生物処理液を第2生物処理槽に導入して活性汚泥処理して第2生物処理液を得る第2生物処理工程と、
第2生物処理槽の槽内汚泥の一部を取り出して飼料用添加物の原料として得る汚泥分離工程と
を有する飼料用添加物の原料の生産方法。 - たんぱく質を40wt%以上含む有機性排水を、第1生物処理槽に導入して細菌により好気性生物処理して分散性細菌を含む第1生物処理液を得る第1生物処理工程と、
第1生物処理液を第2生物処理槽に導入して活性汚泥処理して第2生物処理液を得る第2生物処理工程と、
第2生物処理液を分離汚泥と分離水とに固液分離する固液分離工程と、
第2生物処理槽の槽内汚泥の一部及び/又は該分離汚泥の少なくとも一部を取り出して飼料用添加物の原料として得る汚泥分離工程と
を有する飼料用添加物の原料の生産方法。 - 請求項1又は2において、汚泥分離工程が、
目合い500〜2000μmの第1濾過材によって濾過する第1濾過工程と、
第1濾過工程後に目合い20〜50μmの第2濾過材によって濾過する第2濾過工程と
を行い、第1濾過材を通過し、第2濾過材を通過しないものを飼料用添加物の原料として得るものであることを特徴とする飼料用添加物の原料の生産方法。 - 請求項3において、第1濾過材不通過の汚泥と、第2濾過材の通過液とを第2生物処理槽に返送することを特徴とする飼料用添加物の原料の生産方法。
- 請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項において、第1生物処理工程における第1生物処理槽のBOD汚泥負荷が2kg/kg−MLSS/d以上であることを特徴とする飼料用添加物の原料の生産方法。
- 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項において、第1生物処理工程における第1生物処理槽のDOが1mg/L以上であることを特徴とする飼料用添加物の原料の生産方法。
- 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項において、第1生物処理工程における第1生物処理槽の滞留時間が2〜12時間であることを特徴とする飼料用添加物の原料の生産方法。
- 請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項において、前記有機性排水に糖質および/または粗脂肪が含まれていることを特徴とする飼料用添加物の原料の生産方法。
