Claims (8)
- 一体化ハウジング(150)を備える燃料混合システムであって、当該燃料混合システムが、液体燃料(42)と水(15)を混合して、ガスタービン(11)の燃焼器(16)で燃焼させることのできる燃料混合物(80)を生成するように構成された混合アセンブリ(50)を備えており、前記混合アセンブリ(50)が、
前記一体化ハウジング(150)内に配置された複数の液体通路(180)であって、液体燃料(42)を流すように構成された液体燃料通路(70)と、水(15)を流すように構成された水通路(74)とを含む複数の液体通路(180)と、
前記一体化ハウジング(150)内に配置されて前記液体燃料通路(70)及び水通路(74)に結合したミキサー(78)であって、液体燃料(42)と水(15)を混合して燃料混合物(80)を形成するように構成されたミキサー(78)と
を備えており、
前記一体化ハウジング(150)が1以上の金属固体ブロックを含んでいて、前記液体燃料通路(70)と水通路(74)とを含む液体通路(180)が、前記1以上の金属固体ブロックに穿孔された孔又はボアで形成されており、
前記液体燃料通路(70)と水通路(74)とを含む液体通路(180)が、燃料及び/又は水を一体化ハウジング(150)内で捕捉せずに一体化ハウジング(150)から排出できるように、下向き傾斜部又は下向き傾斜部と水平部しか含んでいない、燃料混合システム。 - 前記ミキサー(78)が、混合T字部、インラインミキサー、静的ミキサー、パドル型ミキサー、ブレンダー、又はリボンブレンダー、或いはこれらの組合せを含む、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記混合アセンブリ(50)が、
前記一体化ハウジング(150)に結合され、前記液体燃料(42)の流量を調整するように構成された液体燃料弁(72)と、
前記一体化ハウジング(150)に結合され、水(15)の流量を調整するように構成された送水弁(76)と
を含んでおり、前記一体化ハウジング(150)が、前記液体燃料弁(72)と送水弁(76)が互いに近接するように構成されている、請求項1又は請求項2記載のシステム。 - 前記液体燃料弁(72)又は前記送水弁(76)の少なくとも1つに信号を送信するように構成されたコントローラ(100)を備えており、前記液体燃料弁(72)又は送水弁(76)が、前記信号に応答して燃料混合物(80)中の液体燃料(42)と水(15)の比率を調整する、請求項3記載のシステム。
- 前記混合アセンブリ(50)が、液体燃料(42)と水(15)を混合して液体燃料(42)と水(15)のエマルジョンを前記燃料混合物(80)として生成するように構成されている、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載のシステム。
- 前記液体燃料通路(70)及び前記水通路(74)が、滑らかな内部表面を含む、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載のシステム。
- 前記混合アセンブリ(50)が、前記一体化ハウジング(150)に結合されたプロポーショニング弁(82)を含んでいて、前記プロポーショニング弁(82)が、前記燃料混合物(80)の圧力が閾値圧力を上回ったときに前記燃焼器(16)に燃料混合物(80)が流れるように構成されている、請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項記載のシステム。
- 前記水通路(74)は、燃焼器(16)内で燃料混合物(80)が燃焼されていないときに、水(15)を前記ミキサー(78)及び液体燃料通路(70)に流して前記混合アセンブリ(50)から液体燃料(42)をパージするように構成されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
