Claims (2)
- 線材が掛け渡された複数の電極シーブと、前記電極シーブ間に交流電圧を印加することにより当該電極シーブ間を接触移動する前記線材を通電して軟化する電源部と、を備えた線材軟化装置において、
前記電源部が、前記交流電圧を直流電圧に変換するコンバータ部と、前記コンバータ部が変換した直流電圧を交流電圧に変換するインバータ部と、を有するインバータから構成され、
前記インバータが、当該インバータに入力された元の交流電圧の周波数よりも当該インバータから出力される交流電圧の周波数の方が高くなるように変換し、
前記線材の前記電極シーブ間における移動速度に応じて前記インバータを制御することにより、当該インバータ部によって変換される交流電圧の電圧を調整する電圧調整手段をさらに備えたことを特徴とする線材軟化装置。 - 前記コンバータ部が、前記変換した直流電圧の高さを調整できる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の線材軟化装置。
