Description
車両の外部に向けられた第1の主要面と、車両の内部に向けられた第2の主要面と、縁面とを伴う、無機又は有機ガラス製の第1の透明シートと、各々が縁面に対面する発光面を有する1つ以上の光源、好ましくは発光ダイオード(LED)であって、光源により発せられる光が第1のシートの第1及び第2の主要面の間で第1のシート内に導かれており、車両の他の方向指示灯の点滅と同期化された点滅光の放出を可能にするような形で接続されている光源と、第1のシートの第1の主要面又は第2の主要面の少なくとも1つの領域内、又は第1のシートの厚み内に位置する光取出手段であって、光源により照明された場合にオートイエロー光を発する光取出手段と、取出手段との関係において車両の内部に向かって位置づけられ、かつ光取出手段を完全にマスキングしてこれを車両の内部から見えなくする不透明化手段と、を備えている自動車両にある。
(a) 第1のシートの第2の主要面及び第2のシートの第1の主要面と、又は
(b) 第1のシートの第1の主要面及び第2のシートの第2の主要面と、のうちの何れかと接着性接触状態にある。
− オートイエロー光を発出する光源、
− 着色された第1のシート(光源から受取る光のための導波管)、
− 第1のシートの第1の面と接着性接触状態にある着色積層中間層、又は、
− 黄色、橙色又はオートイエロー色を有する光取出手段、
を用いて得ることができる。
− 第1の非着色シートと白色取出材料と組合わせたオートイエロー色のLED
− 第1の非着色シートと橙色又は黄色の取出材料と組合わせたオートイエロー色のLED
− 第1の非着色シートと橙色又は黄色の取出材料とを組合わせた白色のLED。
Claims (20)
- 車両の方向指示灯として機能することのできる少なくとも1つのサイドグレージングユニットを備える自動車両において、前記グレージングユニットが、
前記車両の外部に向けられた第1の主要面(11)と、前記車両の内部に向けられた第2の主要面(12)と、縁面(13)とを伴う、無機又は有機ガラス製の第1の透明シート(1)と、
各々が前記縁面(13)に対面する発光面(41)を有する1つ以上の光源(4)であって、前記光源(4)により発せられる光が前記第1のシート(1)の前記第1の主要面と前記第2の主要面との間で前記第1のシート(1)内に導かれており、前記車両の他の前記方向指示灯の点滅と同期化された点滅光の放出を可能にするように接続される1つ以上の光源(4)と、
前記第1のシートの前記第1の主要面(11)又は前記第2の主要面(12)の少なくとも1つの領域内、又は前記第1のシート(1)の厚み内に位置する光取出手段(5)であって、前記光源(4)により照明された場合にオートイエロー光を発する光取出手段と、
前記光取出手段(5)に対して前記車両の内部に向かって位置づけられ、かつ前記光取出手段(5)を完全にマスキングして前記光取出手段を前記車両の内部から見えなくする不透明化手段(6)と、
を備えている自動車両。 - 前記1つ以上の光源(4)が発光ダイオードであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両。
- 前記不透明化手段(6)が前記グレージングユニットの前記シート又は前記シートの一枚の前記主要面の少なくとも1つと接触状態にあることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の車両。
- 前記サイドグレージングユニットがさらに、前記車両の前記外部に向けられた第1の主要面(21)と前記車両の前記内部に向けられた第2の主要面(22)を伴う、無機又は有機ガラス製の第2の透明シート(2)を備え、前記第2のシート(2)が、
前記第1のシートの前記第2の主要面(12)及び前記第2のシートの前記第1の主要面(21)と、又は、
前記第1のシートの前記第1の主要面(11)及び前記第2のシートの前記第2の主要面(22)と、のうちの何れかと接着性接触状態にある透明な積層中間層(3)により前記第1のシート(1)に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の車両。 - 前記光取出手段(5)が、前記第1のシート(1)の前記第2の主要面(12)上にあり、前記不透明化手段(6)が、前記光取出手段と直接接触状態にあって前記光取出手段を完全に被覆していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の車両。
- 前記不透明化手段(6)が前記光取出手段(5)の境界からはみ出していることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の車両。
- 前記光取出手段(5)が前記第1のシートの前記第1の主要面(11)上にあり、前記不透明化手段(6)が前記第1のシートの前記第2の主要面(12)上にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の車両。
- 前記第2のシート(2)が、前記第1のシートの前記第2の主要面(12)及び前記第2のシートの前記第1の主要面(21)と接着性接触状態にある前記積層中間層(3)により前記第1のシート(1)に固定されていること、及び前記光取出手段(5)が前記第1のシート(1)の前記主要面(11、12)のうちの少なくとも1つの上にあり、前記不透明化手段(6)が前記第2のシート(2)の前記主要面(21、22)のうちの少なくとも1つの上にあることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の車両。
- 前記第2のシート(2)が、前記第1のシートの前記第1の主要面(11)及び前記第2のシートの前記第2の主要面(22)と接着性接触状態にある前記積層中間層(3)により前記第1のシート(1)に固定されていること、及び前記光取出手段(5)が前記第1のシート(1)の前記第1の主要面(11)上にあり、前記不透明化手段(6)が前記第1のシート(2)の前記第2の主要面(12)上にあることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両。
- 前記不透明化手段6が前記積層中間層(3)の主要面のうちの少なくとも1つにあることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の車両。
- 前記光取出手段(5)が前記第1のシートの前記第1の主要面(11)又は前記第2の主要面(12)の複数の領域の上に適用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の車両。
- 前記不透明化手段(6)によって被覆される前記1つ又は複数の領域の全広がりが、前記光取出手段(5)により被覆される前記1つ又は複数の領域の全広がりよりも少なくとも5%大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11の何れか一項に記載の車両。
- 前記不透明化手段(6)が、前記グレージングユニットの全表面積の多くとも80%に相当する領域を被覆していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載の車両。
- 前記光取出手段(5)と前記不透明化手段(6)との間に位置する反射層をさらに備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載の車両。
- 前記反射層が金属層であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の車両。
- 前記不透明化手段(6)が、エナメル又はインクで形成され、2.5〜5の範囲内の光学密度を有する不透明層であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜15の何れか一項に記載の車両。
