Claims (9)
- 受領体(2)と、前記受領体(2)内に配置された工具シャンクのための受領開口部(3)と、前記受領開口部(3)の前部領域に配置された蓄積回収領域(7)と、前記蓄積回収領域(7)に導く少なくとも1つの冷却剤供給流路(10)と、を備えた焼きばめチャック(1)であって、
前記蓄積回収領域(7)は、前記受領開口部(3)の前部端に配置されたリングバー(8)によって前方に向けられて画定されており、
前記リングバー(8)の内径は、前記冷却剤供給流路(10)を介して、前記蓄積回収領域(7)内に送られる冷却剤を外部に放出するために、複数の出口開口部(5)が前記リングバー(8)に提供されるよう、前記受領開口部(3)の内径に適合されており、
前記リングバー(8)と前記工具シャンクとの間には環状ギャップが存在しないか、または、環状ギャップの断面積が前記出口開口部(5)の全体断面積の20%未満であり、
前記リングバー(8)は、前記受領体(2)の前部端に配置され、前記受領体に頑丈に接続されているカバーディスク(4)によって形成されており、
前記カバーディスク(4)は、前記受領体(2)の前部端の凹部(9)内に挿入されている、
ことを特徴とする焼きばめチャック。 - 前記リングバー(8)の内径は、前記受領開口部(3)の内径に対応する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の焼きばめチャック。 - 前記カバーディスク(4)は、前記受領体(2)に溶接されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の焼きばめチャック。 - 前記出口開口部(5)は、狭いスロット及び/又は長円穴及び/又は腔部の形態で実現されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項または複数項に記載の焼きばめチャック。 - 前記出口開口部(5)は、複数列の腔部で形成されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の焼きばめチャック。 - 腔部の形態の前記出口開口部(5)は、当該焼きばめチャックの中心軸に向けられた異なる角度を有している、
ことを特徴とする請求項4または5記載の焼きばめチャック。 - 腔部の形態の前記冷却剤供給流路(10)は、前記受領体(2)内で実現されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の焼きばめチャック。 - 前記冷却剤供給流路(10)は、前記受領開口部(3)の内側周囲に設けられた長手溝の形態で実現されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の焼きばめチャック。 - 前記冷却剤供給流路(10)と、一部または全ての前記出口開口部(5)は、前記受領体(2)の周囲方向で互いにオフセット状態である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項、または複数項に記載の焼きばめチャック。
