Description
は一端が開かれ(端部壁21の遠位)、反対側の端部が閉じられ(端部壁21の近位)ている。端部壁21は側端部20の一端部に配置されて環帯に類似し、周りにディフューザー・ベーン26が配置される。側壁20の反対側の端部は開口しており複数の突起28で終結する。
2のヒートシンク52の脚56の端部において、及び固定子コア60、61の角においてフレーム2に固定される。
治具はシュラウド3と回転子アセンブリ4、より詳しくはシュラウド3とインペラー41が相対的に整列することを確実にする。治具はまた、シュラウド3の穴33とフレーム2のディフューザー・ベーン26が相対的に整列することを確実にする。治具の2つの部分は接合され、シュラウド3がインペラー41とフレーム2の端部壁21を覆うようにする。シュラウド3の外側部分32はディフューザー・ベーン26の上部と接触してその上に位置し、各突起はそれぞれの穴33を通って突出する。環状の接着剤34がシュラウド3の周りに付加され、環状の接着剤はシュラウド3を突起に固定し且つ穴33を封止する役割を果たす。その後接着剤は空気中で硬化される。
アセンブリ4が直接フレーム2に固定されるならば、軸受44、45のそれぞれをフレーム2に固定しなければならないであろう。回転子アセンブリ4を完全なユニットとしてフレーム2に挿入することは困難又は実際に不可能であると証明される可能性がある。
圧縮機1の特定の設計要件を満たす他の材料が使用されても良い。

Claims (7)
- フレームと、回転子アセンブリと、ヒートシンクアセンブリとを備え、前記回転子アセンブリはインペラーと前記ヒートシンクアセンブリが固定される軸受アセンブリを備え、前記圧縮機は、使用中に、空気が前記フレームの内部を通って引き込まれるように構成され、前記ヒートシンクアセンブリは前記インペラーの下に配置され前記フレームの内部の空気の経路の中へ入るような全体に円盤形状のヒートシンクを備え、前記空気は前記ヒートシンクの表面上を径方向に流れる、
圧縮機。
- 前記空気は前記全体に円盤形状のヒートシンクの上を径方向内側方向に流れる、請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記全体に円盤形状のヒートシンクは前記インペラーの裏側に突出する、請求項2に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記ヒートシンクアセンブリは前記軸受アセンブリから径方向に延伸する複数の脚を有するヒートシンクを備え、前記空気は隣接する脚の間を軸方向に流れる、請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記脚は前記軸受アセンブリの周りに均等に間隔を有する、請求項4に記載の圧縮機。
- 各脚の幅は前記軸受アセンブリから離れる方向にテーパ状になっている、請求項4又は請求項5に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記ヒートシンクアセンブリはスリーブを有し、前記全体に円盤形状のヒートシンクは前記スリーブの一方の端部に固定され、前記複数の脚を有するヒートシンクは前記スリーブの反対側の端部に固定され、前記スリーブは前記軸受アセンブリに固定される、請求項4乃至請求項6の何れか一項に記載の圧縮機。
