Claims (8)
- 排気ガスターボ過給機(1)であって、
圧縮機ホイール(7)を有する圧縮機(5)、
タービンホイール(4)を有するタービン(2)、
過給圧力制御装置(9)、
前記過給圧力制御装置(9)を作動させるためのアクチュエータ(13)、
前記アクチュエータ(13)によって動かすことができる制御棒装置(12)、及び
前記過給圧力制御装置(9)に連結されており、該過給圧力制御装置(9)を開閉するためのレバー(11)を含み、
前記制御棒装置(12)は、前記レバー(11)に回転可能に連結されており、
前記制御棒装置(12)はブッシング(16)を有し、前記レバー(11)はピン(18)を有し、該ピン(18)は前記ブッシング(16)に回転可能に挿入されており、
前記制御棒装置(12)は棒(14)を有し、該棒の端部には案内片(15)が配置されており、前記ブッシング(16)は案内片(15)の一構成品であるか、または前記ブッシング(16)は案内片(15)に直接固定連結され、
前記案内片(15)は、部分的に樋状に形成されており、軸方向に延在する半円形状の凹みである切開部(20)を有し、前記棒(14)は、前記切開部(20)内に配置され、また、前記案内片(15)に溶接されるか、共に加圧されるか、またはろう付けされる排気ガスターボ過給機。 - 前記ピン(18)は、その円周で凸状になっている請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボ過給機。
- 前記ピン(18)は、半径(R)を有して凸状になっており、前記ブッシング(16)は直径(D)を有し、前記半径(R)は、該直径の少なくとも100%に達する請求項2に記載の排気ガスターボ過給機。
- 前記ブッシング(16)は、制御棒装置(12)の個別に製造される部品である請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボ過給機。
- 前記案内片(15)は鋳物である請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボ過給機。
- 前記ブッシング(16)及び/またはピン(18)は、硬化されている請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボ過給機。
- 排気ガスターボ過給機(1)を組み立てるための方法であって、
タービンホイール(4)を収容するためのタービンハウジング(3)を設けるステップ、
レバー(11)を有する過給圧力制御装置(9)を組み立てるステップ、
前記レバー(11)に連結されているピン(18)に案内片(15)を取り付けるステップ、
前記案内片(15)の部分的に樋状に形成されており、軸方向に延在する半円形状の凹みである切開部(20)内に棒(14)を配置するステップ、及び
前記棒(14)を案内片(15)に溶接するかまたはろう付けする、方法。 - 前記棒(14)を案内片(15)に溶接するかまたはろう付けする前に、該棒(14)がすでにアクチュエータ(13)に連結されており、また該アクチュエータ(13)は、タービンハウジング(3)に連結される圧縮機ハウジング(6)上に取り付けられている請求項7に記載の方法。
