Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施の形態における処理装置1の一例を示す正面図(図1(a))、および処理装置1の側面側から見た一部切り欠き断面図(図1(b))である。
容器101は、回転軸1015に沿って伸びる回転軸1015を中心軸とした回転形状である円筒形状を有する円筒部508を有しており、円筒部508の第一の端部1011側には、円筒部508の円周に沿って同心円状に配列された二列の環状の突起部506a、506bを備えた回転軸受フランジ506が設けられている。突起部506a、506bのうちの外側の突起部506aの内側には、複数のニードルベアリング516が、その回転軸(図示せず)が、容器101の回転軸1015と平行になるよう配置されている。ニードルベアリング516は、突起部506aの先端側に設けられたシールカバー507と、回転軸受フランジ506の突起部506aに隣接する部分とにより回転可能となるよう保持されている。

Claims (5)
- 回転形状を有しており、当該回転形状の回転の中心となる中心軸が伸びる方向に第一の端部と第二の端部とを有する容器と、
前記容器の第一の端部側の前記中心軸上の位置から当該容器内にマイクロ波を照射する照射部と、
前記容器の第二の端部の前記中心軸上に設けられた導波管であって、長さが、当該導波管内における前記照射部が照射するマイクロ波の半波長の倍数である導波管と、を備えたマルチモードでマイクロ波照射を行なう処理装置。 - 前記導波管の長さは、当該導波管内における前記照射部が照射するマイクロ波の半波長の奇数倍である請求項1記載の処理装置。
- 前記容器は、回転軸を中心として回転可能な容器であり、
前記容器を回転させる回転機構を更に備えた請求項1または請求項2記載の処理装置。 - 前記回転軸と、前記中心軸とが一致する請求項3記載の処理装置。
- 前記容器の中心軸が伸びる方向は、横方向である請求項1から請求項4いずれか一項記載の処理装置。
