Claims (16)

- 前記基体(9)が第一の軸に沿って引き伸ばされると共に、同時に又は連続して、該第一の軸を横断する第二の軸に沿って引き伸ばされる請求項1に記載の粒子構造(13)の製造方法。
- 前記第一の軸が前記基体(9)の移動方向に平行である請求項2または3に記載の粒子構造(13)の製造方法。
