Description
しかしながら、一般的な非接触給電技術で用いる電圧変換トランスは大きくかつ重量があるため、可動部が大型化しかつ重量化して好ましくない。特に、基板用作業機器では、可動部の重厚長大化は可動部を駆動するリニアモータ装置の動作速度の低下や駆動電力の増加に直結するため、電圧変換トランスは絶対に避けるべき手段である。

Claims (5)
- 固定部に設けられた給電用素子と、
前記給電用素子に高周波電力を給電する高周波電源部と、
前記固定部に移動可能に装架された可動部に設けられ、前記給電用素子に離隔対向して非接触で高周波電力を受け取る受電用素子と、
前記受電用素子が受け取った高周波電力を変換して前記可動部上の電気負荷群に給電する受電変換部と、
前記給電用素子および前記受電用素子に直列接続されて直列共振回路を形成する共振用素子と、を備えた非接触給電装置であって、
前記電気負荷群は、動作電圧が互いに異なる複数の電気負荷を含み、
前記高周波電源部は、基本周波数の基本波電圧および前記基本周波数を逓倍した逓倍周波数の高調波電圧を含む高周波電圧を出力し、
前記給電用素子、前記受電用素子、および前記共振用素子は、複数の動作電圧に対応し複数設けられて動作電圧ごとの直列共振回路を形成し、
前記動作電圧ごとの直列共振回路の共振周波数は、一つが前記基本周波数であり、残りが前記逓倍周波数であり、かつ互いに異なっている非接触給電装置。 - 請求項1において、前記動作電圧が大きいほど、対応して形成された直列共振回路の共振周波数が小さい非接触給電装置。
- 請求項1または2において、前記給電用素子は給電用電極であり、前記受電用素子は受電用電極であり、前記共振用素子は共振用インダクタである非接触給電装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項において、
前記受電変換部は、前記複数の動作電圧に対応して複数個設けられ、
特定の電気負荷の直流動作電圧に対応して設けられた少なくとも1個の受電変換部は、前記受電用素子が受け取った高周波電力を直流変換電圧に変換する全波整流回路と、前記直流変換電圧を前記直流動作電圧に調整するDC―DCコンバータと、を含む非接触給電装置。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項において、前記高周波電源部は、直流電源と4個のスイッチング素子からなるブリッジ回路とを含んで構成され、前記基本周波数の方形波電圧を出力する非接触給電装置。
