Description
本発明のファンモータ制御装置では、制御手段により、第1の速度での回転要求が得られず、OFF要求から第2の速度での回転要求に基づいた制御となる状況では、第1の速度での回転要求に相当する駆動信号を第1のスイッチング手段に出力し、所定時間経過後、第2の速度での回転要求に基づく駆動信号を第2のスイッチング手段に出力するようにした。これにより、OFF要求から第2の速度での回転要求に基づいた制御となる状況であっても、ファンモータへの駆動電力を段階的に高めることができ、OFF要求によって停止しているファンモータを始動させる際のラッシュ電流がロック電流であると誤検知されないようにすることができる。

Claims (1)
- 車両のファンモータの駆動制御を行うファンモータ制御装置であって、
外部からのOFF要求に順次続く、第1の速度での回転要求、該第1の速度よりも速い第2の速度での回転要求に基づき、それぞれの要求に応じた駆動信号を出力することで、前記ファンモータを駆動制御を行う制御手段と、
前記第1の速度での回転要求に応じた駆動信号に基づくスイッチング動作により得られる駆動電力を、前記ファンモータに出力する第1のスイッチング手段と、
前記第2の速度での回転要求に基づくスイッチング動作により得られる駆動電力を、前記ファンモータに出力する第2のスイッチング手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、前記第1の速度での回転要求が得られず、前記OFF要求から前記第2の速度での回転要求に基づいた制御となる状況では、前記第1の速度での回転要求に相当する駆動信号を出力し、所定時間経過後、前記第2の速度での回転要求に基づく駆動信号を出力し、
前記所定時間は、前記第1の速度での回転要求に相当する駆動電力により、前記ファンモータに生じるラッシュ電流が収束するまでの時間である
ことを特徴とするファンモータ制御装置。
