Claims (1)
- 被処理水を、分離水と沈降性物質とに慣性力を利用して固液分離する分離槽を備えた固液分離装置において、
前記分離槽が、
内側円管及び、この内側円管の外側に配設される外側円管からなり、この外側円管と前記内側円管との間に前記被処理水が導入される導入口が形成されている分離槽上部と、
この分離槽上部の外側円管が延設されてなり、底部に沈殿した前記沈降性物質を外部へ排出する排出口が形成されている分離槽下部と、
鉛直上方向に縮閉するテーパ状の裁頭円錐管であって、裁頭面が前記分離槽上部の内側円管内に配設され、底面が前記分離槽下部に配設されているコア部と、
このコア部の内側で前記裁頭面よりも上側に一端が、他端が外部に配設され、前記分離水が外部へと排出される通路となる排出管部と、から構成され、
前記導入口に導入された前記被処理水は、前記分離槽上部の外側円管と内側円管との間において、前記沈降性物質を前記外側円管側へ分離する遠心力を伴って旋回下降する旋回下降流となり、この旋回下降流が前記分離槽下部において減速し、前記沈降性物質を更に分離する旋回流となり、この旋回流が前記コア部において鉛直上方向に上り、前記沈降性物質を更に分離する反転流となることで、前記沈降性物質が分離された前記分離水となって、前記排出管部を通じて外部へ排出されることを特徴とする固液分離装置。
