Description
このため、予め反応系から除くことが好ましい。この目的のためには、微粒子として磁性粒子を用いると、洗浄操作が容易であり、実用的で簡便な測定システムを提供することができる。
また、半導体微粒子としては、直径が10nm〜20nm程度のCdSe等の化合物半導体が市販されており、活用することができる。
捕集方法としては、例えば、磁気微粒子407に捕捉分子404を結合させ、磁気微粒子と微粒子の複合体を磁石で捕集する方法が考えられる。
蛍光輝点数は、測定対象成分1204の分子数に相関することから、輝点数を求めることで、測定対象成分1204の分子数あるいは濃度に関する情報を得ることができる。特に、磁気微粒子1201に抗体1202を一分子だけ固定した試薬を予め調製しておき、これを用いることで、測定対象成分1204を超高感度に分析することができる。

Claims (6)
- 測定対象物質を含む試料液と当該測定対象物質と抗原抗体反応により結合する磁気微粒子を反応させて生成した反応物を検出する分析デバイスであって、支持基体の平面上に空間的に分離した状態で配列され、前記測定対象物質を1個ずつ固定する複数の固定手段を有する免疫分析デバイスと、
前記反応物を前記免疫分析デバイスに供給する供給手段と、
前記免疫分析デバイスからのシグナルを計測する計測手段と、を備えた免疫分析装置であって、
前記計測手段は、シグナル情報および該シグナルが発せられた免疫分析デバイス上の位置情報を取得し、
前記免疫分析デバイス上に磁気微粒子が結合された反応物を固定するための磁石ユニットを前記免疫デバイスに対して移動可能に備えたことを特徴とする免疫分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の免疫分析装置であって、
当該分析デバイスは前記固定手段を前記支持基体上にマトリクス状に配置している免疫分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の免疫分析装置であって、
前記固定手段を有する前記支持基体の面は、石英ガラス、サファイア、シリコン基板のいずれかであり、
前記固定手段は支持基体上に配列された金、チタン、ニッケル、アルミのいずれかにより構成されていることを特徴とする免疫分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の免疫分析装置であって、
隣接する固定手段の間隔は少なくとも1μm離間していることを特徴とする免疫分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の免疫分析装置であって、
前記磁気微粒子の直径は1μm以上であることを特徴とする免疫分析装置。 - 請求項1記載の免疫分析装置において、
前記計測手段は、前記免疫分析デバイスからの発光シグナルを画像で計測する画像計測手段であることを特徴とする免疫分析装置。
