Claims (4)
- 巻軸の回転する方向に、正電極、一のセパレータ、負電極、及び他のセパレータを配列し、これらを前記巻軸の周りに巻回する巻回方法であって、
前記一のセパレータに重ね合わされる一の耐熱フィルム、及び前記他のセパレータに重ね合わされる他の耐熱フィルムを、前記正電極と前記負電極との間に介在させ、前記巻軸の回転に従わせて該正電極、該一のセパレータ、該一の耐熱フィルム、該負電極、該他の耐熱フィルム、及び該他のセパレータを該巻軸に巻き取り、
前記巻軸に巻き取る前記正電極、前記一のセパレータ、前記一の耐熱フィルム、前記負電極、前記他の耐熱フィルム、及び前記他のセパレータを、6組の一対のニップローラによって、各々別個に挟んで該巻軸へ送ることを特徴とする巻回方法。 - 前記6組の一対のニップローラを前記巻軸の周りに配置する請求項1に記載する巻回方法。
- 巻軸の回転する方向に配列された正電極、一のセパレータ、負電極、及び他のセパレータを前記巻軸の周りに巻回する巻回装置であって、
前記一のセパレータに重ね合わされる一の耐熱フィルム、及び前記他のセパレータに重ね合わされる他の耐熱フィルムを前記正電極と負電極との間に供給する複数の供給手段を備え、前記巻軸の回転に従わせて該正電極、該一のセパレータ、該一の耐熱フィルム、該負電極、該他の耐熱フィルム、及び該他のセパレータを該巻軸に巻き取り、
前記巻軸に巻き取る前記正電極、前記一のセパレータ、前記一の耐熱フィルム、前記負電極、前記他の耐熱フィルム、及び前記他のセパレータを、各々別個に挟んで該巻軸へ送る6組の一対のニップローラを備えたことを特徴とする巻回装置。 - 前記6組の一対のニップローラを前記巻軸の周りに配置した請求項3に記載する巻回装置。
