Description
本発明は、炭化水素の硫黄分および窒素分を効率的に低減し、硫黄レベルおよび窒素レベルが低減された燃料を生産するための統合された酸化プロセスに関する。
本出願は、2011年7月27日に出願された特許文献1の利益を主張するものであり、この特許文献1の開示は参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
Claims (32)
- 炭化水素原料中のヘテロ原子含有化合物をそれらの酸化生成物へ変換するためのプロセスであって、
前記炭化水素原料を芳香族リーン留分と芳香族リッチ留分に分離すること、
前記芳香族リッチ留分を、有機ペルオキシド発生に有効な条件下で、有効量の気体酸化剤と接触させて、有機ペルオキシドとヘテロ原子含有炭化水素とを含有する混合物を生成すること、
生成された有機ペルオキシドとヘテロ原子含有炭化水素とを含有する混合物を、前記混合物中および前記芳香族リーン留分中のヘテロ原子含有炭化水素のヘテロ原子含有炭化水素酸化生成物への酸化的変換に有効な条件下で、前記芳香族リーン留分と接触させること
を含む、プロセス。 - 前記炭化水素原料を第1の部分と第2の部分に分離すること、および
前記第1の部分にのみ、芳香族リーン留分および芳香族リッチ留分への分離を行うこと
をさらに含み、
この場合、ヘテロ原子含有炭化水素の変換に有効な条件下での接触は、前記第2の部分中のヘテロ原子含有炭化水素をヘテロ原子含有炭化水素酸化生成物へ変換するための第2の部分の接触をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のプロセス。 - 炭化水素原料中のヘテロ原子含有化合物をそれらの酸化生成物へ変換するためのプロセスであって、
前記炭化水素原料を芳香族リーン留分と芳香族リッチ留分に分離すること、
前記芳香族リッチ留分のみを、有機ペルオキシド発生に有効な条件下で、有効量の気体酸化剤及び触媒と共通槽内で接触させて、有機ペルオキシドとヘテロ原子含有炭化水素とを含有する混合物を生成すること、
前記共通槽内の芳香族リッチ留分から生成された有機ペルオキシドとヘテロ原子含有炭化水素とを含有する混合物を、芳香族リッチ留分からのヘテロ原子含有炭化水素のヘテロ原子含有炭化水素酸化生成物への酸化的変換に有効な条件下で、かつ十分な滞留時間で維持することを含む、プロセス。 - 請求項3において、前記芳香族リーン留分の全てまたは一部を水素化処理することを含む、プロセス。
- 前記芳香族リッチ留分炭化水素原料を第1の部分と第2の部分に分離すること、および
前記第1の部分のみを、有機ペルオキシド化合物への反応に有効な条件下で、有効量の気体酸化剤と接触させること
をさらに含み、
この場合、ヘテロ原子含有炭化水素の変換に有効な条件下での接触は、前記第2の部分中のヘテロ原子含有炭化水素をヘテロ原子含有炭化水素酸化生成物へ変換するための第2の部分の接触をさらに含む、請求項3に記載のプロセス。 - 前記炭化水素原料または前記芳香族リッチ留分の第1の部分および第2の部分への分離がダイバーターを用いるものである、請求項2または5のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第1の部分が前記炭化水素原料の約1V%〜約90V%である、請求項6に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第1の部分が前記炭化水素原料の約1V%〜約50V%である、請求項6に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第1の部分が前記炭化水素原料の約1V%〜約30V%である、請求項6に記載のプロセス。
- 前記炭化水素原料または前記芳香族リッチ留分の第1の部分および第2の部分への分離が、蒸発分離装置または蒸留ユニットを用いて、約300℃〜約360℃の範囲の初期沸点を有する第1の部分を生成するものである、請求項2または5のいずれか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第1の部分が前記炭化水素原料の約1V%〜約50V%である、請求項10に記載のプロセス。
- 前記第1の部分が前記炭化水素原料の約1V%〜約30V%である、請求項10に記載のプロセス。
