Claims (5)
- 相互積層される電極膜接合体(100)及び分離板(20)の所定位置に塗布された蛍光物質(50)と、
相互積層される電極膜接合体(100)及び分離板(20)の上端周辺位置に配置されて蛍光物質(50)を感知する蛍光物質感知センサ(52)と、
蛍光物質感知センサ(52)で蛍光物質(50)を感知したか否かにより、電極膜接合体(100)及び分離板(20)の積層整列状態に対する良好または不良を判定する制御部(54)と、を含んで構成されることを特徴とする燃料電池スタックの自動積層整列装置。
- 蛍光物質(50)は、電極膜接合体(100)の対角方向隈位置及び分離板(20)の対角方向隈位置に塗布されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池スタックの自動積層整列装置。
- 蛍光物質(50)は、電極膜接合体(100)のガス及び冷却水流路(102、104、106)の周辺位置と、分離板(20)のガス及び冷却水マニホールド(22、24、26)の周辺位置に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の燃料電池スタックの自動積層整列装置。
- 燃料電池スタックの電極膜接合体のガス及び冷却水流路を打抜き切断する工程で、電極膜接合体の対角方向隈位置に蛍光物質を塗布する段階と、
分離板のガス及び冷却水マニホールドを打抜き加工する工程で、分離板の対角方向隈位置に蛍光物質を塗布する段階と、
蛍光物質が塗布された電極膜接合体及び分離板を相互積層する時、蛍光物質感知センサで蛍光物質を感知する場合、電極膜接合体及び分離板間の積層整列状態を良好と判定する段階と、を含むことを特徴とする燃料電池スタックの自動積層整列方法。
- 前記蛍光物質感知センサで蛍光物質を感知しない場合、電極膜接合体及び分離板間の積層整列状態を不良と判定し、再積層のための制御部の警告が行われる段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の燃料電池スタックの自動積層整列方法。
