Claims (12)
- タイヤ成形のためのモールド要素を製造する方法であって、
前記モールド要素は、焼結部分(11)と、前記焼結部分に取り付けられた非焼結部分(13)とを備え、前記焼結部分は、シェル(15)と、前記シェルの内側に設けられ、前記シェルと一体に形成されたコアとを備え、前記コアは複数の空隙(21)を有するメッシュ構造を有し、
前記方法は、
非焼結支持板(29)の完全に平坦な面上に配置された金属粉末(31)から前記モールド要素の焼結部分を製造するステップを有し、前記粉末は積層熔融され、前記焼結部分は熔融した金属粉末により前記支持板に取り付けられ、
前記支持板を機械加工して前記モールド要素の非焼結部分(13)を形成するステップを有する、方法。 - 前記粉末は、レーザー手段(35)により熔融されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 機械加工により形成された非焼結部分が基部を構成し、この基部上にモールド要素の焼結部分が完全に配置されるように、前記支持板は機械加工されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の製造方法。
- 前記非小径部分を製造するステップは、焼結部分と支持板との間の接合を形成し、前記支持板から機械加工された非焼結部分とモールド要素の焼結部分とは、この接合部で正確に一体となっていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の製造方法。
- 前記焼結部分(11)を製造するステップ中に、前記焼結部分の全厚さにわたって延びる熔融された金属粉末の壁面(26)が形成され、前記壁面(26)は前記コアの空隙(21)から隔離された通路(25)を画成することができ、
前記焼結部分を製造するステップに続いて、前記非焼結部分(13)の前記焼結部分に存在する前記通路の反対に孔(27)が穿孔され、前記孔は前記通路(25)を延長し、前記モールド要素のベントを形成することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記モールド要素と、他のモールド要素とを組み立てるステップを含む請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記焼結部分を製造するステップの前に、前記支持板(29)の平坦面に複数の条痕を機械加工するステップを含み、前記条痕は互いに平行かつ、前記平坦面にわたって均等に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- タイヤ成形のためのモールド要素であって、
熔融積層された金属粉末からなる焼結部分(11)を備え、前記焼結部分はシェル(15)と、前記シェルの内側に配置され、前記シェルと一体に形成されたコアとを備え、前記コアは複数の空隙(21)を有するメッシュ構造を有し、
前記モールド要素は、熔融した金属粉末により前記モールド要素の焼結部分(11)に取り付けられた非焼結部分(13)を備え、
前記モールド要素の焼結部分(11)と非焼結部分(13)との接合部は完全に平坦であることを特徴とするモールド要素。 - 前記非焼結部分は基部を構成し、前記モールド要素の焼結部分は完全に前記基部上に位置することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のモールド要素。
- 前記非焼結部分及び焼結部分は、これらの接合部分で正確に一体になっていることを特徴とする、請求項9記載のモールド要素。
- 前記モールド要素は、少なくとも一つのベントを有し、前記ベントは前記モールド要素の焼結部分(11)に形成された通路(25)と、前記モールド要素の非焼結部分(13)に属し、前記通路を延長する孔(27)とを備え、前記ベントの通路(25)は熔融された金属粉末からなる壁面(26)により、前記コアの空隙(21)から隔離されていることを特徴とする請求項8乃至10のいずれか1項に記載のモールド要素。
- 請求項8乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のモールド要素を少なくとも一つ含む、タイヤの加硫及び成形のためのモールド。
