Abstract
L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'un élément moulant formant au moins une partie d'un moule destiné à une fonderie sous-pression de pièces, l'élément moulant comprenant un système de refroidissement incorporé en son intérieur et une surface de base, le procédé comprenant une étape de dépôt de poudre formant au moins une couche par adhérence de la poudre sur la surface de base par fusion avec rayon laser, caractérisé en ce que le dépôt se fait selon une structure alvéolaire aléatoire (3) et ladite au moins une couche présente des passages (2) disposés de manière aléatoire, les passages (2) formant une partie du système de refroidissement.
