Description
Claims (10)
- 内部に内側ジャケット(4)が変位可能に支持される外側ジャケット(2)を備えて、前記内側ジャケットの末端セクションには、その軸線方向両側端部が開放される洗浄通路(12)を備えるスリーブ形状の器具ヘッド(6)が形成又は装着され、前記器具ヘッド(6)には、その電気供給ライン(16)が前記内側ジャケット(4)の内部に伝達されるRF電極(8)が電気絶縁方式で含まれ、これによって、前記器具ヘッド(6)は、前記RF電極(8)及び前記電気供給ライン(16)と共に前記RF電極(8)と器具洗浄媒体開口(14)との間の相対位置の変動なく前記外側ジャケット(2)の末端部を越えて軸線方向に変位可能であり、前記器具洗浄媒体開口(14)は、前記器具ヘッド(6)の最末端開口であって、少なくとも一つの洗浄通路(12)によって直接的に形成される内視鏡手術器具において、
前記RF電極(8)は、前記外側ジャケット(2)に対する全ての相対作動位置で前記器具ヘッド(6)の末端部を越えて軸線方向に基本的に自由に突出する方式で前記器具ヘッド(6)に動かないように固定され、
前記器具ヘッド(6)は、前記外側ジャケット(2)に対する全ての相対作動位置に、望ましくは流体密封方式で、少なくとも部分的に案内され留まることを特徴とする内視鏡手術器具。 - 前記基端洗浄通路(12)は、前記内側ジャケット(4)によって輸送される洗浄媒体の供給を受けるために前記内側ジャケット(4)の内部区画内で直接終端されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内視鏡手術器具。
- 前記スリーブ形状の器具ヘッド(6)は、スライディング方式で前記外側ジャケット(2)に直接配置される大外径の軸線方向末端セクション(6a)を備えて、前記内側ジャケット(4)のための流体密封挿入又はねじ固定式ベースソケットとして小外径の軸線方向基端セクション(6b)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の内視鏡手術器具。
- 前記器具ヘッド(6)の内部で前記RF電極(8)の望ましくは流体密封式固定は、前記RF電極(8)の周囲に配置され、前記スリーブ形状の器具ヘッド(6)にプラグのように嵌められる少なくとも一つのクランプブッシング(10)、望ましくは、軸線方向にオフセットされた二つのクランプブッシングによって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡手術器具。
- 前記スリーブ形状の器具ヘッド(6)はセラミック材で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡手術器具。
- 前記外側及び内側ジャケット(2、4)は、人体の臓器、望ましくは腸(intestine)の通路の屈曲に沿うように順応する曲げ柔軟性材料で構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡手術器具。
- 前記外側ジャケット(2)の末端部の近位で完全に停止されるように、前記外側ジャケット(2)の末端部からRF電極(8)を進行させ及び/又は前記外側ジャケット(2)内に回収するために、前記スリーブ形状の器具ヘッド(6)は、前記内側ジャケット(4)及び/又は前記電気供給線(16)を経由して押したり、引いたりする力として進退力を受けたり、あるいは受けることができ、前記外側及び内側スリーブ(2、4)の相対移動は、前記器具ヘッド(6)によってスライディングして案内されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡手術器具。
- 前記スリーブ形状の器具ヘッド(6)は、外部に露出する末端セクションが丸くされることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡手術器具。
- 少なくとも前記内側ジャケット(4)は、供給される洗浄媒体による内圧に耐えるために、望ましくは内側が柔軟性補強材でホース形状に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡手術器具。
- 前記器具ヘッド(6)の傾斜を防止するために、前記器具ヘッドは前記器具ヘッドがスライドする外側ジャケット(2)の直径よりも軸線方向に長いことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡手術器具。
