本明細書に使用される様々な用語が、以下に定義されている。特許請求項の範囲に使用された用語が以下に定義されていない限り、少なくとも1つの刊行物または発行された特許の記載どおりに、当業者がその用語にこれまでに与えている最も広義の定義を、その用語に適用しなければならない。
酸素/燃料燃焼用に設計した燃焼処理および燃焼器システムが提供される。酸素/燃料燃焼は、主として二酸化炭素を含む作動流体を有するガスタービン内で生じることが可能である。1つまたは複数の実施形態では、高温の酸素/燃料燃焼に関連する1つまたは複数の問題が、少なくとも部分的に訂正されることが可能である。たとえば、煤生成を引き起こす多環芳香族炭化水素(PAH)の生成、および/または一酸化炭素(CO)などの問題のある燃焼生成物の生成を、少なくとも部分的に削減することが可能である。燃焼システムの一実施形態は、「酸化」または「合成空気」流を形成するために酸素と二酸化炭素を少なくとも部分的に混合する、接触させる、あるいは組み合わせるための第1の混合ゾーン、燃焼流を形成するために酸化流と燃焼燃料流を少なくとも部分的に混合する、接触させる、あるいは組み合わせるための第2のゾーンを有する燃焼器を含むことが可能である。燃焼流は、燃焼ゾーンで少なくとも部分的に焼く、または燃焼して、燃焼生成物流を生成することが可能である。第2の混合ゾーンは、燃焼ゾーンおよび/または第1の混合ゾーンと少なくとも部分的に重複することが可能である。
一部の例示的ガス流組成物は、ガス流の例示として単一ガス発生領域または異なるガス発生領域における生成の異なる段階で以下の表に提供されている。表1は、生成開始またはその付近の生産井に対する特定の流組成物および流量を提供する。
Claims (3)
- 燃焼システム内の燃料を燃焼させる方法であって、
燃焼器のバーナ面に酸素および二酸化炭素を導入するステップと、
前記バーナ面を横切り導入される酸素/二酸化炭素の空間的比を変化させ、前記燃焼器内の火炎の安定性を増加させるステップと、を備え、
前記燃焼器システムは、
第1の端部と、第2の端部と、外殻と、内殻と、バーナ面を備える燃焼バーナと、燃焼ゾーンとを有する燃焼器と、
二酸化炭素入口、酸素入口、および燃料入口と、
前記燃焼器に配置された混合ゾーンであって、酸素と二酸化炭素を含む第1の混合物を前記混合ゾーン内で生成するために、前記二酸化炭素入口を通って導入された二酸化炭素の第1の部分と前記酸素入口を通って導入された酸素の少なくとも一部を混合させるように構成された混合ゾーンであって、前記第1の混合物は、前記燃焼ゾーン内の火炎の安定性を増加するために、燃焼ゾーン内の高温ゾーンを生成するように構成された前記バーナ面を横切る酸素/二酸化炭素の空間的に変化した比を備える、混合ゾーンと、を備えている、方法。 - 前記燃焼システムは、
前記外殻と前記内殻との間に形成され前記第1の端部から前記第2の端部に延在する環状空間であって、前記二酸化炭素入口を通って導入された二酸化炭素の前記第1の部分が、前記環状空間を通って前記燃焼器の前記第2の端部から前記燃焼器の前記第1の端部に向かって流れるように構成され、前記酸素入口は、前記第1の混合物を生成するために、前記酸素入口を通って導入された前記酸素を前記二酸化炭素入口を通って導入された二酸化炭素の前記第1の部分に送達されるように構成され、前記酸素入口は、前記燃焼器の前記第1の端部から前記第1の混合物の混合を促進させるように構成された距離をおいて前記環状空間内に配置されている環状空間をさらに備えている、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記燃焼器バーナは、その中に配置された束ねられた構成内の複数の管を有する中心バーナ本体であって、前記複数の管の第1の部分は前記燃料を運ぶように構成され、前記複数の管の第2の部分は前記酸素を運ぶように構成されている中心バーナ本体と、
二酸化炭素の前記第1の部分が前記複数の管間に配置された空間を通過可能になるように構成された前記中心バーナ本体の側部の少なくとも一部を通って配置された開口と、
前記バーナ面を横切る酸素/二酸化炭素の前記比を空間的に変化させるために前記酸素を運ぶように構成された前記管の前記第2の部分を横切る前記酸素の少なくとも流量を変調するように構成された制御装置と、をさらに備えている、
請求項1に記載のシステム。
