Description
1.鋼材の溶接継手であって、応力歪曲線における、3〜6%の塑性ひずみ領域での加工硬化率が0.12以上の鋼材をアーク溶接により突合せ溶接して継手とすることを特徴とする鋼材の溶接継手。
み領域での加工硬化率(n)が0.12以上の応力−歪曲線を有するものとする。延性き裂進展に伴いき裂前面となる領域は大きく塑性変形するので、加工硬化率(n)は3〜6%の塑性ひずみ領域において規定する。
Claims (2)
- 内圧がかかり3〜6%の塑性ひずみに相当する大きな変形を受けるパイプラインに用いられる鋼材の溶接継手であって、応力−歪曲線における、3〜6%の塑性ひずみ領域での加工硬化率が0.12以上の鋼材が溶接された継手であり、延性き裂の初期欠陥と反対側の鋼板表面に局所的に発生するくびれの量Raと初期リガメント長さtとの比である局所くびれ率Ra/tが0.11以下であることを特徴とする鋼材の溶接継手。
