Claims (8)
- ブレーキペダルの制御でマスタシリンダに対して作用する補助ピストン(10)を作動させる電動機を含む電気サーボブレーキであって、前記補助ピストン(101)が、
前記電動機の軸によって担持され、かつ各々が、前記補助ピストン(101)のラック(103)と噛み合う平歯車(122)を担持する伝動軸(120)と連動する、2つの対称なウォームホイール(121)と噛み合うねじ(102)を含む機械伝動装置に連結された電動機によって前記マスタシリンダに対するその作用方向に駆動され、
各軸(120)が、前記サーボブレーキ(100)の本体(110)の軸受内に収容され、
前記軸(120)は、前記ねじ(102)及び前記電気サーボブレーキの前記本体(110)に対して自由に平行移動できるが、その平行移動において、互い(150、250)に連動し、
前記軸(120)は、1つの軸(120)に対して各々が固定化される2つの回転軸受(140)を担持する横材(151)から構成される結合部材(150)によって平行移動において連動して連結されることを特徴とする電気サーボブレーキ。 - 前記軸(120)は、2つの伝動軸(120)の幾何学的軸(x1x1/x2x2)に平行に軸方向ガイド(113)と協働することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気サーボブレーキ。
- 前記結合部材(150)は、各々が前記回転軸受(140)の一方の外輪(143)を受ける2つのリング(152)で終わる横材(151)から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気サーボブレーキ。
- 各伝動軸(120)は、ラック(103)と噛み合う前記平歯車(122)の両側に回転軸受(130、140)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気サーボブレーキ。
- 前記ウォームホイール(121)を担持する端部と反対側の前記伝動軸(120)の端部の下部軸受(130)は、針状ころ軸受であり、かつ前記平歯車(122)と、前記ウォームホイール(121)との間の上部軸受(140)は、転がり玉軸受であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電気サーボブレーキ。
- 前記結合部材(150)の軸方向滑動は、各回転軸受(130、140)を受ける軸方向収容部(112、113)によって行われることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電気サーボブレーキ。
- 前記回転軸受(140)は、転がり玉軸受であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気サーボブレーキ。
- 前記2つの軸(120)は、一方の軸(120)と連動した第1ディスク(251)と、他方の軸(120)と連動し、かつ前記ディスク(251)の縁部と重なる二重ディスク(252)から構成される結合部材(251)によってその軸(x1x1/x2x2)に沿った平行移動において連動し、前記軸(120)の平行移動の案内は、各軸(120)によって担持される前記回転軸受(130、140)を受ける円筒形収容部(112、113)によって行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気サーボブレーキ。
