Claims (1)
- 冷媒を流入させる入口ポートと、
前記冷媒を流出させる出口ポートと、
前記入口ポートと前記出口ポートとの間に設けられる弁室と、
前記弁室内に配置され、前記入口ポートから前記弁室内に流入した冷媒を膨張させて前記出口ポートへと流出させる冷媒流路が形成された弁座と、
前記弁座に接離して前記冷媒流路を開閉する弁体とを備える膨張弁であって、
前記弁体には、前記弁座に接離する際の進退方向に直交する方向の横孔が貫通形成されると共に、該横孔には、前記入口ポートから連続する配管が挿入されており、
前記配管は、前記弁体が前記弁座に当接した状態で該弁体と離間し、且つ前記弁体が前記弁座から離間した状態で該弁体と当接すると共に、前記弁体及び前記配管のいずれか一方には前記弁室に連通する溝部が形成されており、
前記溝部は、前記配管に形成された孔部から連続するように該配管に形成されるか、又は、前記配管に形成された孔部に対向する前記横孔の内面に形成され、
前記弁体が前記弁座から離間した前記冷媒流路の開放時に、前記弁体と前記配管とが当接して前記溝部の開口部が塞がれることにより、前記入口ポートと前記冷媒流路との間で、前記配管と、前記配管に形成された孔部と、前記溝部の開口部が塞がれることで形成された流路と、前記弁室とが順に連通し、これにより前記冷媒が前記入口ポートから前記冷媒流路へと流通することを特徴とする膨張弁。
