Description
次に、この実施形態のガス吹込み用円環状羽口2の一実施例について説明する。転炉1の一種である高周波溶解炉の底部に、隙間Sが0.69mm、内管3の外径dが19.56mm、内管3側金属パイプが肉厚1mmのステンレス鋼(SUS)製、外管相当部分4の稼動面側部分8が羽口れんが9を形成するMgO-Cれんが製、外管相当部分4の風箱6側の部分7の金属パイプが肉厚1mmのSUS製でその長さが10mm〜100mmの上記実施例の羽口2と、隙間Sが0.69mm、内管3の外径dが19.56mm、内管3側金属パイプおよび外管側金属パイプが何れも肉厚1mmのSUS製で稼動面側から風箱6側まで延在する比較例の羽口とを設け、上記高周波溶解炉で鉄鋼3tonを溶解し、炉底部の上記各羽口からガス吹込みを行う実験を実施した。

Claims (3)
- 底吹き羽口としての円環状の羽口の、
外管相当部分とそれと同心状の内管との隙間にガス通路を形成し、
前記内管を金属パイプで形成し、
前記内管内に耐火物を充填し、
前記外管相当部分のうち稼働面側の部分を羽口耐火物と同材質の材料で形成することを特徴とするガス吹込み用円環状羽口。 - 前記外管相当部分のうち風箱側の部分は、少なくとも溶接可能な長さの金属パイプで形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載のガス吹込み用円環状羽口。
- 前記外管相当部分のうち風箱側の部分を形成する金属パイプの長さは、長くても羽口取替え時まで残存させる容器部分の長さとすることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のガス吹込み用円環状羽口。
