Claims (9)
- ボールねじ(10)であって、
軸受(13、20)を介してハウジング(14、32)内に取り付けられたナット部(21)を備え、
少なくとも1つのバネ要素(24)が、軸受(13、20、30)とハウジング(14)との間の軸受(13、20、30)の各端面に配置されており、
前記バネ要素(24)の予張行程及び予張力は、その後に特性曲線が急峻に増大する推移領域の近傍に存在していて、前記バネ要素(24)は、前記特性曲線の累進領域内で作動される
ことを特徴とするボールねじ(10)。 - 前記バネ要素(24)は、所定の予張状態を有しており、
予張力及び予張行程は、前記特性曲線の累進領域の小さい傾斜領域に存在している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボールねじ(10)。 - 前記バネ要素(24)は、並列及び/または直列に取り付けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のボールねじ(10)。 - 前記バネ要素(24)は、波形バネ及び/またはディスクバネである
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のボールねじ(10)。 - 前記軸受(13、20)は、アウターリング(22)を有する転がり軸受であり、
前記バネ要素(24)は、アウターリング(22)に当接している
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のボールねじ(10)。 - 前記バネ要素(24)と前記ハウジング(14)との間に、ストッパ要素(26)が設けられている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のボールねじ(10)。 - 前記軸受(20)のインナーリング(23)は、ナット部(21)の上に着座しており、
当該インナーリング(23)は、前記ナット部(21)上に固定リング(25)によって固定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載のボールねじ(10)。 - ボールねじ(10)であって、
軸受(30)を介してハウジング(32)内に取り付けられたナット部(21)を備え、
少なくとも1つのバネ要素(24)が、ナット部(21)上に、転がり軸受(30)のインナーリング(33)に当接して設けられており、
前記バネ要素(24)の予張行程及び予張力は、その後に特性曲線が急峻に増大する推移領域の近傍に存在していて、前記バネ要素(24)は、前記特性曲線の累進領域内で作動される
ことを特徴とするボールねじ(10)。 - 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載のボールねじ(10)を備えたことを特徴とする、車両のステアリングシステム。
