Description
Claims (13)
- 塗料飽和した濾過補助剤を再利用する方法であって、
粉砕されたアルカリ土類金属炭酸塩を含む濾過補助剤を備える、塗料飽和した濾過補助剤を用意することと、
前記塗料飽和した濾過補助剤を所定のサイズに再粉砕することで再粉砕粒子を生成すること、とを含む方法。 - 前記塗料飽和した濾過補助剤を再粉砕する工程は、前記塗料飽和した濾過補助剤を別の材料と混合し、共粉砕することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記塗料飽和した濾過補助剤と前記別の材料との存在比は、1:5〜5:1である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記塗料飽和した濾過補助剤と前記別の材料との存在比は、2:3〜3:2である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記別の材料は、初使用の炭酸カルシウム、工業用途において使用後の炭酸カルシウム、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記粉砕されたアルカリ土類金属炭酸塩は、炭酸カルシウムを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記再粉砕粒子を別の材料と混合して、カーペット、ビニル床材、またはコンクリートの製造に有用な複合材料を得ることをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記別の材料は、初使用の炭酸カルシウム、工業用途において使用後の炭酸カルシウム、またはそれらを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記再粉砕粒子の前記所定のサイズは、
中央粒径(D50)が1ミクロン〜50ミクロン、
200メッシュスクリーンに保持される前記再粉砕粒子が50%未満、および
トップカットサイズ(D90)が5ミクロン〜300ミクロン、のうちの1つ以上により特徴付けられる、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記再粉砕粒子の前記所定のサイズは、
中央粒径(D50)が1ミクロン〜25ミクロン、
200メッシュスクリーンに保持される前記再粉砕粒子が5%未満、および
トップカットサイズ(D90)が15ミクロン〜100ミクロン、のうちの1つ以上により特徴付けられる、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記再粉砕粒子の水分含有率は、0.2重量%以下である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記塗料飽和した濾過補助剤の塗料含有率は、1重量%〜5重量%である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記塗料飽和した濾過補助剤を用意することは、
塗料オーバースプレー濾過器において前記濾過補助剤を用いる1つ以上の製造メーカから塗料飽和補助剤を回収することと、
前記塗料飽和した濾過補助剤を、前記1つ以上の製造メーカから別の処理施設へ輸送することと、を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
