Description
以下、本発明の好ましい実施例を通じて本発明の構成及び作用をより詳細に説明する。ただし、これは、本発明の好ましい例示として提示されたものであって、如何なる意味でもこれによって本発明が制限されると解釈してはならない。
表1に記載した光熱変換物質を含む3μm厚の光熱変換層を100μm厚のPETフィルム上に形成した。それぞれの例において、バインダーとしてウレタンアクリレート(光熱変換物質の20重量部)を用い、光開始剤としてIrgacure 651(BASF社製造、光熱変換物質の0.5重量部)を用いた。溶媒としてはイソプロピルアルコールを用い、前記光熱変換物質、バインダー、光開始剤及び溶媒からなる組成物の粘度は20cpsであった。
表1を参照すると、実施例1〜2に係る光熱変換フィルムの場合、カーボンブラックが用いられた比較例1に係る光熱変換フィルムに対比して光熱変換効率が同等以上の水準を示し、特に、可視光透過率が50%と著しく高く表れた。
Claims (16)
- 基材フィルム;
及び
前記基材フィルム上に形成される光熱変換層;を含み、
前記光熱変換層は、酸化タングステン系物質を含み、可視光透過率が20%以上であって、
前記光熱変換層はK 0.33 WO 3 、Rb 0.33 WO 3 、Cs 0.33 WO 3 の1種以上から選ばれた物質を含む酸化タングステン系物質とバインダーとしてウレタンアクリレートバインダーと光開始剤及び溶媒から成る組成物であって粘度を10cps〜100cpsとされる前記組成物の乾燥生成物から成る光熱変換層である光熱変換フィルム。 - 前記酸化タングステン系物質は、酸化タングステン粉末を含む請求項1記載の光熱変換フィルム。
- 前記酸化タングステン系物質は、水素または金属含有酸化タングステン(MxWO3、Mは、水素またはK,Rb,Cs以外の金属、0.1<x<1)粉末をさらに含む請求項1記載の光熱変換フィルム。
- 前記金属としては、Li、Na、Ca、Ba、Sr、Fe、Sn、Mo、Nb、Ta、Ni、Pd、Pt、Cu、Ag、Au、Zn、Cd、Al、Ga、In及びTiのうち1種以上が選ばれる請求項3記載の光熱変換フィルム。
- 前記光熱変換層は、酸化タングステン系物質100重量部に対して、バインダー10重量部〜50重量部及び光開始剤0.1重量部〜5重量部を含む請求項1記載の光熱変換フィルム。
- 前記光熱変換層の厚さは1μm〜5μmである請求項1記載の光熱変換フィルム。
- 前記光熱変換層上には保護層がさらに形成されている請求項1記載の光熱変換フィルム。
- 前記保護層の厚さは0.1μm〜3μmである請求項7記載の光熱変換フィルム。
- 基材フィルム;
前記基材フィルム上に形成される光熱変換層;及び
前記光熱変換層上に形成される有機発光物質層;を含み、
前記光熱変換層は、酸化タングステン系物質を含み、可視光透過率が20%以上でであって、
前記光熱変換層はK 0.33 WO 3 、Rb 0.33 WO 3 、Cs 0.33 WO 3 の1種以上から選ばれた物質を含む酸化タングステン系物質とバインダーとしてウレタンアクリレートバインダーと光開始剤及び溶媒から成る組成物であって粘度を10cps〜100cpsとされる組成物の乾燥生成物から成る光熱変換層であるOLED用転写フィルム。 - 前記酸化タングステン系物質は、酸化タングステン粉末を含む請求項9記載のOLED用転写フィルム。
- 前記酸化タングステン系物質は、水素または金属含有酸化タングステン(MxWO3、Mは、水素またはK,Rb,Cs以外の金属、0.1<x<1)粉末をさらに含む請求項9記載のOLED用転写フィルム。
- 前記アルカリ金属としては、Li、Na、Ca、Ba、Sr、Fe、Sn、Mo、Nb、Ta、Ni、Pd、Pt、Cu、Ag、Au、Zn、Cd、Al、Ga、In及びTlのうち1種以上が選ばれる請求項9記載のOLED用転写フィルム。
- 前記光熱変換層は、酸化タングステン系物質100重量部に対して、バインダー10重量部〜50重量部及び光開始剤0.1重量部〜5重量部を含む請求項9記載のOLED用転写フィルム。
- 前記光熱変換層の厚さは1μm〜5μmである請求項9記載のOLED用転写フィルム。
- 前記光熱変換層上には保護層がさらに形成されており、
前記有機発光物質層は前記保護層上に形成されている請求項9記載のOLED用転写フィルム。 - 前記保護層の厚さは0.1μm〜3μmである請求項15記載のOLED用転写フィルム。
