1:38.45gのカプロラクタム+11.55gのBruggolen(登録商標)C10(Bruggemann製のポリアミド製造用の触媒;ナトリウムカプロラクタム(濃度17%)のカプロラクタム溶液)
2:44.89gのカプロラクタム+5.11gのBruggolen(登録商標)C20(Bruggemann製のポリアミド製造用の活性剤;ブロックドジイソシアネート(濃度80%)のカプロラクタム溶液)
次いで、電磁撹拌機を使って溶融させた。110℃で上記溶液1および2を混合し、15秒混合した後、窒素雰囲気下に、乾燥キャビネット内の前記アルミニウム皿にいっぱいになるまで加えた。少し振って、過剰の液を除いた。10分後、重合は終わった。アルミニウム皿を乾燥キャビネットから取り出し、冷却した。成形体をアルミニウム皿から取り出した。それは、ポリカプロラクタムで満たされた発泡体(BASF製Basotect(登録商標))の相互貫入網目構造から成っていた。VN(粘度数)=180、残留カプロラクタム=1.9重量%、成形体の密度=1.1g/mL
1:38.45gのカプロラクタム+11.55gのBruggolen(登録商標)C10
2:44.89gのカプロラクタム+5.11gのBruggolen(登録商標)C20
次いで、電磁撹拌機を使って溶融させた。110℃で上記溶液1および2を混合し、15秒混合した後、バルブを通してPA発泡体に加えた。10分後、重合は終わった。
Claims (6)
- 連続気泡発泡体(S)の少なくとも一部を、少なくとも一種のラクタム類モノマー(M)で浸し、次いで
触媒を用いて前記モノマー(M)を少なくとも一部、アニオン重合させることを特徴とする複合材料の製造方法であって、
前記連続気泡発泡体(S)が金属である方法。 - モノマー(M)がカプロラクタム、ピペリドン、ピロリドン、ラウロラクタム、およびそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるものである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 触媒がカプロラタムナトリウム、カプロラクタムカリウム、カプロラクタムマグネシウムブロミド、マグネシウムカプロラクタムクロライド、ビスカプロラクタムマグネシウム、ナトリウムハイドライド、ナトリウム金属、水酸化ナトリウム、ナトリウムメトキシド、ナトリウムエトキシド、ナトリウムプロポキシド、ナトリウムブトキシド、カリウムハイドライド、カリウム金属、水酸化カリウム、カリウムメトキシド、カリウムエトキシド、カリウムプロポキシド、およびカリウムブトキシドからなる群から選択されるものである、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- アニオン重合において活性剤を用いる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 発泡体がハニカム構造である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られる複合材料の、スポーツ用品における、または難燃性材料または強化材料としての使用法。
