Claims (6)
- 所定の電圧−周波数の関係から、指令周波数に応じて指令電圧を決定する第1決定部と、指令電圧により誘導電動機を駆動するインバータと、を含むシステムで、前記誘導電動機を制御する装置において、
前記インバータから前記誘導電動機に出力される電流の大きさを検出する電流検出部と、
前記電流検出部の出力を同期座標系上d軸及びq軸電流に変換する第2変換部と、
前記インバータから前記誘導電動機に出力される電流の大きさを決定する第2決定部と、
前記インバータから前記誘導電動機に出力される電流の大きさに基づいて、指令電圧を補償する電圧補償分を決定する第3決定部と、を含み、
前記第1決定部は、前記第3決定部から受信する電圧補償分に基づいて、電圧−周波数の関係から決定される指令電圧に電圧補償分を加えて最終指令電圧として出力し、
前記第2決定部は、前記インバータから前記誘導電動機に出力される電流の大きさとq軸電流の大きさを前記第3決定部に提供し、
前記第3決定部は、
q軸電流の大きさと、前記インバータまたは前記誘導電動機の定格電流に第1ゲインをかけた値との差を決定する誤差生成部と、
前記誤差生成部の出力が0より大きい場合1を出力し、0より小さい場合0を出力する比較部と、
前記インバータから前記誘導電動機に出力される電流の大きさから、前記インバータまたは前記誘導電動機の定格電流に第2ゲインをかけた値を分けて出力する除算部と、
前記除算部の出力と前記比較部の出力をかける第1乗算部と、
前記第1乗算部の出力に第3ゲインをかけて出力する増幅部と、
前記増幅部の出力に予め設定されたオフセット電圧を加算する加算部と、
前記第1決定部の指令周波数の符号に応じて最終出力の符号を決定する第2乗算部と、を含むことを特徴とする、誘導電動機制御装置。 - 前記第1決定部の出力電圧を停止座標系上電圧に変換して前記インバータに提供する第1変換部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の誘導電動機制御装置。
- 前記第3決定部は、
前記第1乗算部と前記増幅部との間に配置されて、前記第1乗算部の出力を低域通過流濾過する低域通過部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の誘導電動機制御装置。 - 前記第3決定部は、
前記増幅部と前記加算部との間に配置されて、前記増幅部の出力を予め決定された最小値と最大値に制限する第1制限部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の誘導電動機制御装置。 - 前記第3決定部は、
前記加算部と前記第2乗算部との間に配置されて、前記加算部の出力を予め決定された最小値と最大値に制限する第2制限部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の誘導電動機制御装置。 - 前記第2乗算部は、
指令周波数の符号を前記加算部の出力にかけることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の誘導電動機制御装置。
