Description
(1)ボルト70の頭部701に対向するカバー60の内側面とボルト70の頭部701の頂面との距離dは、めねじ部417におけるカバー60側の端部とボルト70の軸部702の先端との距離eよりも短くなるように設定されている。これにより、ボルト70の軸部702に形成されたおねじ部と、めねじ部417とのかみ合いが外れることが防止される。つまり、本実施の形態によれば、ボルト70の脱落を防止することができ、脱落したボルト70によって異音が発生することを防止できる。
[変形例]
(1)上記した実施の形態では、距離dを距離eの1/6程度としたが、本発明はこれに限定されない。距離dは、少なくとも距離eよりも短ければよい。
Claims (3)
- 複数の蓄電素子が導電部材によって電気的に接続された蓄電モジュールであって、
前記蓄電素子の端子電圧を検出する電圧検出導体を有する電圧検出基板と、
前記電圧検出基板の前記電圧検出導体を前記導電部材に接続する第1おねじ部品と、
前記電圧検出基板および前記第1おねじ部品の頭部の頂面を覆う覆い部を有するカバーとを備え、
前記電圧検出基板は、前記導電部材が接続される前記蓄電素子の端子面と、前記覆い部との間に配置され、前記第1おねじ部品が接続される前記導電部材の接続端子に対向する部位に開口部が形成され、
前記カバーは、絶縁性を有する材料からなり、
前記導電部材は、前記第1おねじ部品が螺合される第1めねじ部を有し、
前記第1おねじ部品の頭部の頂面に対向する前記覆い部の内側面と前記第1おねじ部品の頭部の頂面との距離が、前記第1めねじ部における前記カバー側の端部と前記第1おねじ部品の軸部の先端との距離よりも短いことを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、
前記カバーの覆い部における前記第1おねじ部品の頭部の対向位置に、前記第1おねじ部品側に突出する凸部が設けられていることを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 請求項1または2に記載の蓄電モジュールにおいて、
前記複数の蓄電素子を保持する保持部材と、
前記電圧検出基板を前記保持部材に固定する第2おねじ部品とを備え、
前記保持部材は、絶縁性を有する材料からなり、前記第2おねじ部品が螺合される第2めねじ部を有し、
前記第2おねじ部品の頭部の頂面に対向する前記覆い部の内側面と前記第2おねじ部品の頭部の頂面との距離が、前記第2めねじ部における前記カバー側の端部と前記第2おねじ部品の軸部の先端との距離よりも短いことを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。
