Claims (5)
- 超音波振動子ユニットであって、
圧電素子と、
圧電素子を駆動する電子回路を備えた回路基板と、
圧電素子と回路基板の間に配置され、音響インピーダンスが圧電素子の音響インピーダンスよりも高い共振層と、
共振層に隣接して共振層の回路基板側に配置され、音響インピーダンスが回路基板の音響インピーダンスより低い音響分離層と、
を有し、
音響分離層の音響インピーダンスが、共振層の音響インピーダンスの1/70以下である、
超音波振動子ユニット。 - 超音波振動子ユニットであって、
圧電素子と、
圧電素子を駆動する電子回路を備え、音響インピーダンスが圧電素子の音響インピーダンスより低い回路基板と、
圧電素子と回路基板の間に配置され、音響インピーダンスが圧電素子の音響インピーダンスよりも高い共振層と、
共振層に隣接して共振層の回路基板側に配置され、音響インピーダンスが回路基板の音響インピーダンスより低い音響分離層と、
を有し、
音響分離層は多孔質材料からなる、
超音波振動子ユニット。 - 超音波振動子ユニットであって、
圧電素子と、
圧電素子を駆動する電子回路を備え、音響インピーダンスが圧電素子の音響インピーダンスより低い回路基板と、
圧電素子と回路基板の間に配置され、音響インピーダンスが圧電素子の音響インピーダンスよりも高い共振層と、
共振層に隣接して共振層の回路基板側に配置され、音響インピーダンスが回路基板の音響インピーダンスより低い音響分離層と、
を有し、
音響分離層は多孔質カーボンからなる、
超音波振動子ユニット。 - 超音波振動子ユニットであって、
圧電素子と、
圧電素子を駆動する電子回路を備え、音響インピーダンスが圧電素子の音響インピーダンスより低い回路基板と、
圧電素子と回路基板の間に配置され、音響インピーダンスが圧電素子の音響インピーダンスよりも高い共振層と、
共振層に隣接して共振層の回路基板側に配置され、音響インピーダンスが回路基板の音響インピーダンスより低い音響分離層と、
を有し、
共振層の音響インピーダンスは圧電素子の音響インピーダンスの2.3倍以上であり、音響分離層の音響インピーダンスは回路基板の音響インピーダンスの1/20以下である、
超音波振動子ユニット。 - 請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の超音波振動子ユニットであって、
音響分離層の音響インピーダンスが、共振層の音響インピーダンスの1/70以下である、
超音波振動子ユニット。
