Claims (7)
- バイオ製品容器(3)を密閉状態で保持することに適している内側チャンバ(7)を備えるカプセル(5)に内包されて空気圧式メールシステム(2)から到着する前記バイオ製品容器(3)の移送装置(11)を備える、空気圧式メールシステム(2)と研究所自動化システム(4)との間のインターフェース装置(1)であって、
前記インターフェース装置(1)において、
前記移送装置(11)は前記容器(3)および少なくとも2つのホッパー装置(18a、18b)のための表面(14)を備え、
前記空気圧式メールシステム(2)から到着する前記カプセル(5)は前記内側チャンバ(7)の閉口プラグとして作用する上部フランジ(9a)および下部フランジ(9b)を備え、
前記空気圧式メールシステム(2)の到着部署(10)で、前記移送装置(11)のピストン(12)が垂直に移動して前記下部フランジ(9b)と係合し、前記内側チャンバ(7)を開口するように前記下部フランジ(9b)を前記ピストン(12)の下方位置に移送する構成を有しており、前記移送装置(11)の移送手段(13、130)は、前記研究所自動化システム(4)の研究所情報システムにより提供された情報にしたがって選択された前記表面(14)の少なくとも2つのキャビティ(16a、16b)の一方に前記バイオ製品容器(3)を移送することに適しており、前記表面(14)の前記の少なくとも2つのキャビティ(16a、16b)の各々は、少なくとも2つの前記ホッパー装置(18a、18b)のそれぞれの少なくとも1つと接続され、前記研究所自動化システム(4)に前記バイオ製品容器(3)を供給することに適していることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記移送手段(13、130)は前記ピストン(12)の前記下方位置にチューブ(13)を備え、そこでは前記バイオ製品容器(3)は前記表面(14)と同じ高さであり、前記チューブ(13)は前記表面(14)の前記少なくとも2つのキャビティ(16a、16b)の間で水平にスライドすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 表面(14)に、チューブ(13)の下縁が載り、前記表面(14)は少なくとも3つのキャビティ、すなわち下部フランジ(9b)を通過できるように適合させて寸法を合わせた1つの中央キャビティ(15)、および、前記中央キャビティ(15)の側部に配置され、場合により不規則な形状であるが、チューブ(13)の直径に少なくとも等しい幅である前記少なくとも2つのキャビティ(16a、16b)を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記移送装置(11)の前記移送する手段(13、130)は、前記ピストン(12)の前記下方位置にある回転チューブ(130)を備え、前記回転チューブ(130)は前記カプセル(5)の前記下部フランジ(9b)を一体的に取り付けることに適しており、前記回転チューブ(130)は、カプセル(5)の上から、前記表面(14)の前記少なくとも2つのキャビティ(16a、16b)の選択された方にバイオ製品容器(3)を降ろすように前記カプセル(5)を回転させることに適していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 回転チューブ(130)の回転方向を逆にするように改良されたモーター手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 回転チューブ(130)が垂直静止方向に対していずれか一方の方向に基本的に135°回転することを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の装置。
- 回転チューブ(130)の回転中にバイオ製品容器(3)が飛び出さないようにするため、外周が弧状の2枚の仕切り(131a、131b)を有することを特徴とする請求項4〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
