Description
Claims (9)
- 溶融金属のための入口と溶融金属のための出口とを有する、溶融金属を収容するための容器であって、
隣接した耐火性ライナーユニットから構成されている耐火性ライナーであって、該ユニットは、少なくとも1つの中間ライナーユニットと、2つの端部ユニットであって、1つが前記入口に位置し、別の1つが前記出口に位置する端部ユニットとを含み、前記少なくとも1つの中間ユニットが前記端部ユニット間に前記入口と前記出口から離れて位置し、前記ライナーユニットのそれぞれが外面と、金属に接触する内面とを有する耐火性ライナーと、
ハウジングであって、前記端部ユニットと接触し、前記耐火性ライナーユニットの外面を少なくとも部分的に取り囲み、前記少なくとも1つの中間ユニットの外面と前記ハウジングとの間に存在する隙間を有するハウジングと、
前記隙間内に位置し、前記少なくとも1つの中間ユニットに隣接する加熱装置と、
を含み、
前記ライナーユニットが耐火材料により作られ、前記端部ユニットの少なくとも一方の耐火材料が前記少なくとも1つの中間ユニットの耐火材料よりも低い熱伝導率を有することを特徴とする容器。 - 溶融金属を搬送するための樋部分の形態を有し、前記耐火性ライナーは細長く、且つ1つの端部に前記溶融金属ための入口と反対側の端部に前記溶融金属のための出口とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器。
- 前記ライナーユニットの金属と接触する前記内面が、前記入口と前記出口の間を延在する、上部が開口した溶融金属搬送通路を形成していることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の容器。
- 前記少なくとも一方の端部ユニットの前記耐火材料の熱伝導率が、約1.4W/(m・K)より低いことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記少なくとも一方の端部ユニットの前記耐火材料の熱伝導率が、約0.2〜約1.1W/(m・K)の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの中間ユニットの前記耐火材料の熱伝導率が、少なくとも3.5W/(m・K)であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記少なくとも1つの中間ユニットの前記耐火材料の熱伝導率が、約3.5〜約20W/(m・K)の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 前記中間ユニットを1つだけ有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
- 両方の前記端部ユニットが、前記少なくとも1つの中間ユニットの耐火材料の熱伝導率よりも低い熱伝導率を有する耐火材料により作られていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の容器。
