Claims (9)
- ガス流(46)が特定の時間吸着ネット(12)を通過し、爆発性物質粒子(18)がその上に吸着され、吸着ネット(12)はその後爆発性物質粒子(18)が脱離する加熱温度に加熱され、脱離された爆発性物質粒子を含むガス流が、その検知のために検知器(40)に供給される、ガス流(46)中の爆発性物質粒子を検知するための方法において、
マイクロフィルタ(12)が選択されて吸着ネットとして使用され、マイクロフィルタ(12)が穿孔を含み、前記穿孔の孔径が1μm未満であり、選択された孔径の結果として前記爆発性物質粒子(18)が前記吸着ネット(12)の単一表面に存在することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記穿孔の孔径が400nm未満であるマイクロフィルタ(12)が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 加熱温度が設定され、加熱および脱離の後、検知される爆発性物質粒子(18)が気相でマイクロフィルタ(12)を通過することができる孔径のマイクロフィルタ(12)が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- マイクロフィルタ(12)が、特定の爆発性物質を検知するために特定の温度に加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 収集モードにおいて、ガス流(46a)がマイクロフィルタ(12)を通過し、その後の検知モードにおいて、ガス流(46b)は、反対の流れ方向で、このとき加熱されるマイクロフィルタ(12)を通過して流れ、これに関連して、爆発性物質粒子(18)が脱離され、その後検知器(40)に供給され、ガス流は、検知モードにおいて、閉じた経路内を循環し、流れがマイクロフィルタ(12)を通過し、かつ検知器(40)を通過するようにすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ガス流中の爆発性物質粒子を検知するための方法を実施するための装置であって、
その下流に検知器(40)が配置されるマイクロフィルタ(12)を含み、マイクロフィルタ(12)は加熱装置(50、66)およびマイクロフィルタ(12)の温度を制御する制御装置を含み、
マイクロフィルタ(12)が穿孔を含み、前記穿孔の孔径が1μm未満であり、選択された孔径の結果として前記爆発性物質粒子(18)が前記マイクロフィルタ(12)の単一表面に存在することを特徴とする、装置。 - ガス流中の爆発性物質粒子を検知するための方法を実施するための装置であって、
マイクロフィルタ(12)を有するフローダクト(32)、および検知器(40)を有する循環ダクト(34)を含み、循環ダクトは収集モードにおいて遮断することができ、かつ検知モードでフローダクト(32)に接続することができ、閉じた環状ダクトを形成し、
マイクロフィルタ(12)が穿孔を含み、前記穿孔の孔径が1μm未満であり、選択された孔径の結果として前記爆発性物質粒子(18)が前記マイクロフィルタ(12)の単一表面に存在することを特徴とする、装置。 - マイクロフィルタ(12)を加熱するためのハロゲンランプ(66)およびマイクロフィルタ(12)の温度を検知するための温度センサ(72)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の装置。
- マイクロフィルタ(12)を抵抗加熱することができ、マイクロフィルタ(12)の温度を検知するために温度センサ(72)が提供されることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の装置。
