Claims (9)
- 燃料ノズル組立体(28)であって、
予混合アニュラス(60)をそれらの間に画成する外側バーナー管(62)及び内側バーナー管(64)と、
前記内側バーナー管(64)の周りに環状アレイで配置され、前記予混合アニュラス(60)の上流側の一次空気(42)と相互作用するように構成された複数のスワーラベーン(52)を含むスワーラ組立体(50)と、
前記スワーラ組立体(50)の外側に少なくとも1つの入口と前記スワーラ組立体(50)の下流に少なくとも1つの出口とを有していて前記スワーラ組立体(50)の下流側の前記予混合アニュラス(60)内に二次空気(102)を流して、該二次空気(102)が前記予混合アニュラス(60)に対して長手方向で且つ前記外側バーナー管(62)及び内側バーナー管(64)の少なくとも1つに隣接してほぼ直線経路で流れるように構成された空気噴射特徴部(100)と、
前記外側バーナー管(62)に付随する複数のボア孔であって、前記内側バーナー管(64)に隣接して前記二次空気(102)を吐出するように構成された複数のボア孔と
を備え、
前記内側バーナー管(64)は、前記複数のボア孔の下流で前記予混合アニュラス(60)内に二次燃料(70)を流す噴射ボア(90)を備える、燃料ノズル組立体(28)。 - 前記空気噴射特徴部(100)は、前記二次空気(102)が前記外側バーナー管(62)及び内側バーナー管(64)の少なくとも1つに隣接して複数の空気ジェット又はフィルムを形成するように、該二次空気(102)を前記予混合アニュラス(60)に流すように構成される、請求項1記載の燃料ノズル組立体(28)。
- 前記複数のスワーラベーン(52)は、前記複数のボア孔の上流で前記一次空気(42)に流れる一次燃料を噴射する複数の燃料噴射ポート(58)を含む、請求項1又は請求項2記載の燃料ノズル組立体(28)。
- 前記空気噴射特徴部(100)は、前記二次空気(102)が前記外側バーナー管(62)及び内側バーナー管(64)の両方にほぼ隣接して流れるように、該二次空気(102)を前記予混合アニュラス(60)に流すように構成される、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の燃料ノズル組立体(28)。
- 燃料ノズル組立体(28)であって、
予混合アニュラス(60)をそれらの間に画成する外側バーナー管(62)及び内側バーナー管(64)と、
前記内側バーナー管(64)の周りに環状アレイで配置され、前記予混合アニュラス(60)の上流側の一次空気(42)と相互作用するように構成された複数のスワーラベーン(52)を含むスワーラ組立体(50)と、
前記スワーラ組立体(50)の外側に少なくとも1つの入口と前記スワーラ組立体(50)の下流に少なくとも1つの出口とを有していて前記スワーラ組立体(50)の下流側の前記予混合アニュラス(60)内に二次空気(102)を流して、該二次空気(102)が前記予混合アニュラス(60)に対して長手方向で且つ前記外側バーナー管(62)及び内側バーナー管(64)の少なくとも1つに隣接してほぼ直線経路で流れるように構成された空気噴射特徴部(100)と、
半径方向に延在する複数の送給通路(120)であって、その各々が前記複数のスワーラベーン(52)の1つに画成される複数の送給通路(120)と
を備え、
前記内側バーナー管(64)は、前記出口の下流で前記予混合アニュラス(60)内に二次燃料(70)を流す噴射ボア(90)を備える、燃料ノズル組立体(28)。 - 前記空気噴射特徴部(100)が、前記スワーラ組立体(50)内に画成され且つ前記複数の送給通路(120)と流体連通したアニュラス(132)又は複数のボア孔(130)を含み、前記アニュラス(132)が、前記二次空気(102)を前記複数の送給通路(120)から前記予混合アニュラス(60)に流すように構成される、請求項5記載の燃料ノズル組立体(28)。
- 前記複数のスワーラベーン(52)は、前記出口の上流で前記一次空気(42)に流れる一次燃料を噴射する複数の燃料噴射ポート(58)を含む、請求項5または6に記載の燃料ノズル組立体(28)。
- 前記二次空気(102)が、前記一次空気(42)とは関係なく前記空気噴射特徴部(100)に供給される、請求項5乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載の燃料ノズル組立体(28)。
- 請求項5乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の燃料ノズル組立体(28)を少なくとも1つ備える、ガスタービン(10)システム用の燃焼器(16)。
