Description
Claims (15)
- 冷却システム(1)と複数のLEDとを有するLEDベースの照明(2)であって、前記照明(2)は、前記冷却システム(1)の一部として冷却体(5)が配置される、Ex−dの容器である耐炎性の筐体(4)を有する完全に閉じた照明器具(3)を備え、さらに前記冷却システム(1)は電動式の空気循環手段(6)を備え、前記空気循環手段(6)は、少なくとも一つの冷却ファン(7、15、16、25)を備え、
ファンモータ(15)は、前記耐炎性の筐体(4)の内部に配置され、前記冷却ファン(25)は、外側ファンとして外側筐体に割り当てられ、外側筐体(17)は、前記耐炎性の筐体(4)を、介在する空気案内手段(18)により少なくとも部分的に覆う、LEDベースの照明。 - 前記LEDベースの照明(2)は、LED基板(9)を有する少なくとも一つのLEDモジュール(8)を備え、前記LED基板はプリント回路基板(PCB)(10)と複数のLED(11)とを備える、請求項1に記載のLEDベースの照明。
- 前記LED基板(9)は、複数の冷却リブ(12、19)を備える前記冷却体(5)に接触する、請求項2に記載のLEDベースの照明。
- 前記空気循環手段(6)は、前記LED基板(9)及び又は冷却体(5)の開口部(13)に配置される、請求項2又は3に記載のLEDベースの照明。
- 空気循環チャンバ(14)が、前記筐体の内部で前記LEDモジュール(8)及び前記冷却体(5)の周囲に形成される、請求項2から4の何れか一項に記載のLEDベースの照明。
- 前記空気循環手段(6)の前記冷却ファン(7)は、ファンモータ(15)から、介在する機械的トルク伝達手段(16)により分離される、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のLEDベースの照明。
- 複数の冷却リブ(19)が、前記耐炎性の筐体(4)の外側面(24)と前記外側筐体(17)との間を延び、前記空気案内手段(18)の内部に設けられる、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載のLEDベースの照明。
- 前記空気案内手段(18)は、空気案内チャネル(20)を通る空気を案内するために、両方のチャネル端部(21、22)で開口する空気案内チャネル(20)により形成される、請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載のLEDベースの照明。
- 前記外側ファンは、一つのチャネル端部(21、22)の近傍又は一つのチャネル端部(21、22)に配置される、請求項8に記載のLEDベースの照明。
- 前記機械的トルク伝達手段(16)は、前記空気案内チャネル(20)を通り、前記耐炎性の筐体(4)の内部の前記ファンモータ(15)から、前記空気案内チャネル(20)の内部の外側ファンまで延びる、請求項8又は9に記載のLEDベースの照明。
- 追加の内側ファンが、前記耐炎性の筐体(4)の内部に配置される、請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載のLEDベースの照明。
- さらに、前記内側ファン(7)は外側ファン(25)のファンモータ(15)により駆動される、請求項11に記載のLEDベースの照明。
- 前記外側ファン(25)は、複数の冷却リブ(19)により支持される、請求項7に記載のLEDベースの照明。
- 前記ファンモータ(15)は、複数の冷却リブと接触する、請求項7又は13に記載のLEDベースの照明。
- 少なくとも一つの温度センサ(23)が、前記冷却ファン(7、25)の作動及び/又は速度を制御するために、前記耐炎性の筐体(4)の内部に配置される、請求項1から14の何れか一項に記載のLEDベースの照明。
