Description
Claims (16)
- 実質上平行に間隔を空けて配置され、その間に間隙を画定している第1ガラス基板及び第2ガラス基板と、
前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板の周縁部の周辺に設けられたエッジシールと、
前記間隙の中に配置された発光体と、
前記エッジシールの中に形成され、前記発光体と、断熱ガラスユニットの外部に設置された電源との間の電気的接続を支持する導電性インターフェースと、
実質上平行に間隔を空けて配置され、その間に第2間隙を画定している第3基板及び第4基板と、を備え、
前記発光体は前記第2間隙の中に配置され、
前記第3基板及び前記第4基板は、前記第1ガラス基板と前記第2ガラス基板の間にある前記間隙の中に配置されている、
断熱ガラスユニット。 - 実質上平行に間隔を空けて配置され、その間に間隙を画定している第1ガラス基板及び第2ガラス基板と、
前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板の周縁部の周辺に設けられたエッジシールと、
前記間隙の中に配置された発光体と、
前記エッジシールの中に形成され、前記発光体と、断熱ガラスユニットの外部に設置された電源との間の電気的接続を支持する導電性インターフェースと、
前記発光体と電気的に接続された少なくとも1本のバスバーと、
を備える、断熱ガラスユニット。 - 前記導電性インターフェースから延長され、かつ、前記少なくとも1本のバスバーと電気的に接続するワイヤーを更に備える、
請求項2に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。 - 前記発光体と電気的に接続された少なくとも1本の薄膜ラインを更に備える、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。 - 前記導電性インターフェースから延長され、かつ、前記少なくとも1本の薄膜ラインと電気的に接続するワイヤーを更に備える、
請求項4に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。 - 前記第3基板と前記第4基板を気密封着処理する第2エッジシールを更に備える、
請求項1に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。 - 前記間隙には第1種のガスが含まれており、そして前記第2間隙には第2種のガスが含まれている、
請求項1または6に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。 - 前記エッジシールが気密シールであり、そして前記間隙がアルゴンガス、クリプトンガス及び/又はキセノンガスを包含する、
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。 - 前記エッジシールが気密シールであり、そして前記発光体が、前記発光体と前記第1ガラス基板との間に基板を介在させずに前記第1ガラス基板の上に直接的に又は間接的に配置される、
請求項2または3に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。 - 前記発光体が有機発光ダイオードである、
請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。 - 前記エッジシールの前記導電性インターフェースの中に設けられたワイヤーハーネスを更に備え、前記ワイヤーハーネスは、前記電源に接続されかつ前記発光体につながれたリード線に接続されたワイヤーを支持している、
請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の断熱ガラスユニット。 - 断熱ガラスユニットの製造方法であって、
第1ガラス基板を供給する工程と、
第2ガラス基板を供給する工程と、
前記第1ガラス基板と前記第2ガラス基板を互いに実質上平行に間隔を空けて配置させて、前記第1ガラス基板と前記第2ガラス基板の間に間隙を画定する工程と、
前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板の周縁部の周辺にエッジシールを設ける工程と、
前記第1ガラス基板及び/又は前記第2ガラス基板の上に発光体を直接的に又は間接的に配置する工程と、
を含み、
前記エッジシールの中には導電性インターフェースが配置されており、前記導電性インターフェースは、前記発光体と前記断熱ガラスユニットの外部に配置された電源との間の電気的接続を支持し、
前記発光体が、実質上平行に間隔を開けて配置された第3基板と第4基板の間に挟持されており、
前記第3基板及び前記第4基板は、その間に第2間隙を画定しており、そして、前記第3基板及び前記第4基板が前記第1ガラス基板と前記第2ガラス基板との間にある前記間隙の中に配置されている、
断熱ガラスユニットの製造方法。 - 断熱ガラスユニットの製造方法であって、
第1ガラス基板を供給する工程と、
第2ガラス基板を供給する工程と、
前記第1ガラス基板と前記第2ガラス基板を互いに実質上平行に間隔を空けて配置させて、前記第1ガラス基板と前記第2ガラス基板の間に間隙を画定する工程と、
前記第1ガラス基板及び前記第2ガラス基板の周縁部の周辺にエッジシールを設ける工程と、
前記第1ガラス基板及び/又は前記第2ガラス基板の上に発光体を直接的に又は間接的に配置する工程と、
を含み、
前記エッジシールの中には導電性インターフェースが配置されており、前記導電性インターフェースは、前記発光体と前記断熱ガラスユニットの外部に配置された電源との間の電気的接続を支持し、
前記断熱ガラスユニットは、前記発光体と電気的に接続された少なくとも1本のバスバーを備える、
断熱ガラスユニットの製造方法。 - 前記断熱ガラスユニットは、前記発光体と電気的に接続された少なくとも1本の薄膜ラインを備える、
請求項12または13に記載の断熱ガラスユニットの製造方法。 - 前記エッジシールが気密シールであり、そして前記発光体が、前記発光体と前記第1ガラス基板との間に基板を介在させずに前記第1ガラス基板の上に直接的に又は間接的に配置される、
請求項13に記載の断熱ガラスユニットの製造方法。 - 前記エッジシールの前記導電性インターフェースの中にワイヤーハーネスを設ける工程を更に含み、前記ワイヤーハーネスは、前記電源に接続されかつ前記発光体につながれたリード線に接続されたワイヤーを支持しており、前記ワイヤーハーネスは、前記エッジシールが気密シールとなるように少なくとも部分的に充填される、
請求項12から15のいずれか1項に記載の断熱ガラスユニットの製造方法。
