Description
Claims (6)
- 補強支柱(1)を有する自動車車体であって、前記補強支柱は複合繊維材料から構成され、各補強支柱(1)は接続部(3)を介して隣接する車体部品に両端で接続されるものであり、
前記補強支柱(1)の繊維は、実質的に前記補強支柱(1)の荷重方向へ一方向に配列され、前記補強支柱(1)の断面積は前記補強支柱(1)の長さに沿って前記補強支柱(1)の少なくとも前記接続部(3)の間で一定に維持されること、
特定の自動車車体のための前記補強支柱(1)の断面積は、それと前記補強支柱(1)の弾性係数Eとの積が、前記特定の自動車車体のための鋼鉄補強支柱の断面積とその弾性係数Eとの積に対応するように選択されること、
前記補強支柱(1)が支柱の長さに沿って内部金属コア(7)を備えること、および
前記接続部(3)が、接続要素の受入のための少なくとも1つのアクセス口(4)を有し、前記アクセス口(4)が、前記内部金属コア(7)を通って実行され、かつ繊維強化領域(5)に囲まれ、前記繊維強化領域(5)の繊維が同心環状で形成され、前記アクセス口(4)のまわりに配置されていることを特徴とする自動車車体。 - 前記補強支柱(1)が保護層(2)の中に少なくとも部分的に入っていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の自動車車体。
- 前記保護層(2)が、
−不織布材料により、若しくは巻き繊維により形成され、前記巻き繊維の繊維は前記補強支柱(1)の一方向の繊維配置の繊維に対してオフセットされた角度で巻かれているものであり、または、
−非研磨性の耐衝撃材料により形成され、または、
−熱可塑性若しくはエラストマー材料により形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動車車体。 - 前記補強支柱(1)が、引抜成形された複合繊維材料の補強支柱(1)であり、この補強支柱は前記複合繊維材料の全容積をもとに50%から75%の範囲の繊維含量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の自動車車体。
- 前記複合繊維材料が、
−プラスチックマトリックスを有する炭素繊維複合材料を備え、または
−軽金属合金マトリックスおよび/または金属繊維を有するハイブリッド複合繊維材料を備える
ことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の自動車車体。 - 前記アクセス口(4)が、
−差込み具(8)によって提供されたアクセス口(4)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の自動車車体。
