Claims (3)
- 複数の電池セルを電極が交互となるように配置した組電池に装着され、前記複数の電池セルの各電極を複数のバスバーにより電気的に直列に接続するバスバーモジュールであって、
前記複数の電池セルの隣合う電極同士を電気的に接続する複数のバスバーと、
前記複数のバスバーを相互の間隔を保った状態で保持する保持部材と、を備え、
前記保持部材が、
前記複数の電池セルの上面の一端側に形成される一方の電極列において前記複数のバスバーを保持する第1保持部材と、
前記複数の電池セルの上面の他端側に形成される他方の電極列において前記複数のバスバーを保持する第2保持部材と、
前記第1保持部材と前記第2保持部材とを構造的に連結する連結部材と、を備え、
前記連結部材が、前記第1保持部材および前記第2保持部材の内側端部から上方に突出するアーチ形状に形成されるとともに、アーチ形状を維持するための剛性部と、上方からの荷重により上下方向に撓む可撓部とを有することを特徴とするバスバーモジュール。 - 前記剛性部が、剛性維持用のリブを有し、
前記可撓部が、平板形状に形成されたものからなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバーモジュール。 - 前記可撓部が、前記連結部材の下端部に設けられたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のバスバーモジュール。
