Description
本発明の一態様で説明する回路、半導体装置、表示装置、または発光装置は、一例としては、発光素子を有する画素回路として用いることができる。ただし、画素回路だけでなく、負荷に電流を流すための電流源として機能する回路としても用いることができる。そこで、本実施の形態では、負荷に電流を流す回路の一例について述べ、次いで負荷を発光素子とした際の画素の回路構成の一例について説明する。
本実施の形態においては実施の形態1で述べた回路構成とは、一部が別の構成となっている場合の例について説明する。したがって、実施の形態1で述べた内容は、本実施の形態で述べる内容に対しても、適用することが可能である。

Claims (7)
- ゲートが第1のスイッチの一方の端子に電気的に接続され、ソース及びドレインの一方が第2のスイッチの一方の端子に電気的に接続され、該ソース及びドレインの一方が第3のスイッチの一方の端子に電気的に接続され、ソース及びドレインの他方が前記第1のスイッチの他方の端子に電気的に接続され、該ソース及びドレインの他方が第4のスイッチの一方の端子に電気的に接続されたトランジスタと、
一方の電極が前記トランジスタのゲートに電気的に接続され、他方の電極が前記第3のスイッチの他方の端子に電気的に接続され、該他方の電極が第5のスイッチの一方の端子に電気的に接続された容量素子と、
一方の電極が前記トランジスタのソース及びドレインの一方に電気的に接続された負荷と、
前記第2のスイッチの他方の端子に電気的に接続された第1の配線と、
前記第4のスイッチの他方の端子に電気的に接続された第2の配線と、
前記負荷の他方の電極に電気的に接続され、前記第5のスイッチの他方の端子に電気的に接続された第3の配線と、を有し、
前記第1の配線は第1の電位を供給することができる機能を有する回路に電気的に接続されており、
前記第2の配線は第2の電位を供給することができる機能を有する回路に電気的に接続されており、
前記第3の配線は第3の電位を供給することができる機能を有する回路に電気的に接続されており、
前記第1の電位は、前記第3の電位より小さい電位であり、
前記第2の電位は、前記第3の電位より大きい電位である、半導体装置。 - ゲートが第1のスイッチの一方の端子に電気的に接続され、ソース及びドレインの一方が第2のスイッチの一方の端子に電気的に接続され、該ソース及びドレインの一方が第3のスイッチの一方の端子に電気的に接続され、ソース及びドレインの他方が前記第1のスイッチの他方の端子に電気的に接続され、該ソース及びドレインの他方が第4のスイッチの一方の端子に電気的に接続されたトランジスタと、
一方の電極が前記トランジスタのゲートに電気的に接続され、他方の電極が前記第3のスイッチの他方の端子に電気的に接続され、該他方の電極が第5のスイッチの一方の端子に電気的に接続された容量素子と、
一方の電極が前記トランジスタのソース及びドレインの一方に電気的に接続された負荷と、
前記第2のスイッチの他方の端子に電気的に接続された第1の配線と、
前記第4のスイッチの他方の端子に電気的に接続され、前記第5のスイッチの他方の端子に電気的に接続された第2の配線と、
前記負荷の他方の電極に電気的に接続された第3の配線と、を有し、
前記第1の配線は第1の電位を供給することができる機能を有する回路に電気的に接続されており、
前記第2の配線は第2の電位を供給することができる機能を有する回路に電気的に接続されており、
前記第3の配線は第3の電位を供給することができる機能を有する回路に電気的に接続されており、
前記第1の電位は、前記第3の電位より小さい電位であり、
前記第2の電位は、前記第3の電位より大きい電位である、半導体装置。 - 請求項1または請求項2において、前記第1のスイッチ乃至前記第5のスイッチはトランジスタである半導体装置。
- 請求項3において、前記トランジスタは同じ導電型である半導体装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか一において、
一方の端子が前記トランジスタのソース及びドレインの一方に電気的に接続され、他方の端子が前記負荷の一方の電極に電気的に接続された第6のスイッチを有する、半導体装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一において、
前記トランジスタのソース及びドレインの他方には第7のスイッチの一方の端子が電気的に接続され、前記第7のスイッチの他方の端子は第5の配線に電気的に接続され、
前記第5の配線は第5の電位を供給することができる機能を有する回路に電気的に接続されており、
前記第5の電位は、前記第3の電位より大きい電位である、半導体装置。 - 請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一において、
前記負荷は整流特性を有する表示素子である半導体装置。
