Description
押出機(イタリア、OMIPA社製)としてダブルホール方式のダイス(Die)を用いてPMMA樹脂(LG MMA社製)をワンショット(One Shot)工程で押し出すことにより、トンネルを有するPMMA導光板を製造するが、表1、表2および表3に示すように、パターンがトンネルの下部に形成されている導光板を製造した。この際、製造された導光板は、光源が入射する側面方向への長さが1200mmであり、高さは表1のとおりである。
輝度計(モデル名:BM−7、日本TOPCON社製)を用いてBLUの中心部における輝度を測定した。
輝度計(モデル名:BM−7、日本TOPCON社製)を用いて、BLUの中心部を基準として上下それぞれ5ヶ所を含む総25ヶ所で輝度を測定した。測定された25個の値に対して輝度の(Min/Max)値で均一度を示した。
Claims (3)
- 側面方向に光源が挿入されるためのトンネルを有する導光板であって、
前記光源がそれぞれ挿入される互いに離間した前記トンネルを有するトンネル領域と、
トンネルを有しない非トンネル領域とを含んでなり、
前記導光板は、前記トンネルのための凹部を有する上部パネルと、前記上部パネルに組み合わされた板状の下部パネルとにより形成され、
前記板状の下部パネルには上面全体に微細パターンが形成されており、
前記微細パターンは20〜300μmの直径を有する半球状であり、
前記トンネル領域および前記非トンネル領域の各幅はそれぞれ前記導光板の全幅の40〜70%および30〜60%であることを特徴とする導光板。 - 前記トンネルの高さは前記導光板の高さの50〜90%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の導光板。
- 前記トンネルはトンネル間の間隔が3〜20mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の導光板。
