Claims (11)
- 2つの流動性成分を分配するためのデュアルディスペンサ装置であって、
長手方向の軸線(A)の方向に近位端(4)から遠位端(5)まで延びる第1の成分用の第1の保管チャンバ(2)であって、前記遠位端(5)に前記第1の成分用の出口(21)を有する第1の保管チャンバ(2)と、
前記長手方向の軸線(A)の方向に近位端(4)から遠位端(5)まで延びる第2の成分用の第2の保管チャンバ(3)であって、前記第1の保管チャンバ(2)に隣り合って配置され、また前記遠位端(5)に前記第2の成分用の出口(31)を有する第2の保管チャンバ(3)と、
前記第1の保管チャンバ(2)に貫入する第1のプランジャ(7)であって、前記第1の成分を分配するためのピストン(71)を有し、前記ピストン(71)は、前記第1のプランジャ(7)の端部に成形され、且つ前記第1の保管チャンバ(2)の壁によって密閉状態で案内される、第1のプランジャ(7)と、
前記第2の保管チャンバ(3)に貫入する第2のプランジャ(8)であって、前記第2の成分を分配するためのピストン(81)を有し、前記ピストン(81)は、前記第2のプランジャ(8)の端部に成形され、且つ前記第2の保管チャンバ(3)の壁によって密閉状態で案内される、第2のプランジャ(8)と
を有する装置において、
各保管チャンバ(2、3)が、前記出口(21、31)から遠いその端部(4)に少なくとも1つの第1の案内要素(11)を有し、各プランジャ(7、8)が、前記それぞれのピストン(71、81)に隣接する少なくとも1つの第2の案内要素(12)を有し、前記第1の案内要素(11)及び前記第2の案内要素(12)が、互いに係合するように構成されていること、および
前記第1の案内要素が、前記保管チャンバ(2、3)の前記壁における溝(11)であり、前記第2の案内要素が、前記溝(11)内に係合可能なウェブ(12)であること
を特徴とする装置。 - 各ウェブ(12)が、いずれの場合にも、該ウェブ(12)と協働する前記溝(11)より長い請求項1に記載の装置。
- 各プランジャ(7、8)が、該プランジャ(7、8)の周縁上に等距離に分配された4つのウェブ(12)を有する請求項1又は請求項2に記載の装置。
- 各溝(11)が、それぞれの前記出口(21、31)に面するそれぞれの端部で終わるものとして構成される請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 各溝の長さ(L1)が、前記それぞれの保管チャンバ(2、3)の長さの少なくとも15%、好ましくは少なくとも20%である請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 各出口(21、31)が円形断面をそれぞれ有する請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 2つの前記出口(21、31)が、スタティック・ミキサ(10)又は閉鎖キャップ(9)と協働するように構成された結合デバイス(6)の一部である請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記結合デバイス(6)がバヨネット接続用に構成されている請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記結合デバイス(6)は、スタティック・ミキサ(10)又は閉鎖キャップ(9)のコード化要素と協働することによって、スタティック・ミキサ(10)又は閉鎖キャップ(9)を前記出口(21、31)の上に正確に特定の向きでのみ配置するように構成されたコード化手段(61)を含む請求項7又は請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記結合デバイス(6)に解放可能に接続される、2つの前記出口(21、31)を閉じる閉鎖キャップ(9)を有する請求項7から9までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記装置が、前記結合デバイス(6)に解放可能に接続されるスタティック・ミキサ(10)を有し、各出口(21、31)が前記スタティック・ミキサ(10)の入口に接続される請求項7から9までのいずれか一項に記載の装置。
